Lets be honest - when you think of buying an alarm system you are expecting to deal with some 20-something driving a Mitsubishi Eclipse, sporting a spray tan, a belt buckle and a flat brimmed hat. My husband is 92 but quite healthy. Only problem is his legs wre weak. About one month ago, he could not stand from the floor. So I called ADT for help. They came. But instead of helping him to stand, they took him to UCLA emergency. There, he was in bed all the time. The hospital never tried to help him stand. He stayed there for five days. During the time, they never try to help him to stand.Now he is moved to Convalescent home. Continuously he has been just lying on the bed.I do not think he can never come home. Do not trust ADT. They are only after your money.They never help you. BE CAREFULL! They do not qualify even one star, but I have no choice to put something.
