I was referred by a coworker to Echo who was amazing. She was very easy to work with and worked with our budget. We only had to give her one picture and just like that....she designed my closet exactly how my husband and I wanted. She even thought of the possibilities of what we could do in the future which I truly appreciated. Through this tough time Calfornia Closets stuck to their word and timeline. We were very happy!

Can you LOVE a closet? Well, I do! I have already recommended Jennifer and CA Closets to several people. I received 3 proposals before contacting Jennifer. To my surprise, CA Closets was not the highest bid but not the lowest. She was the only one to follow up with me after the proposal and Im sooo happy she did. She was so patient as we developed my dream closet, changing the design till we got it perfect. She used a computer program to show me what the closet would look like and was able to show me the changes immediately. It was truly a FUN experience! We spent lots of computer face time and then, in person in the Santa Monica office to choose the pulls. Its nice to see and feel those before choosing them. Installation was amazing also. They were clean and efficient. The only issue with installation is they didnt have the gold color rods with them the first time so they temporarily installed silver. A couple of weeks later, they did come back with the correct color, however I was not home. They gave me a hard time, telling me they could not move my clothing to install them. I had to go up the line and finally got approval. But even that didnt deter me from giving the highest rating. However, I would suggest that if its not the clients fault, move the dang clothes without upsetting the client and making her jump through hoops. Overall...Im overjoyed! Everyday, when I wake up and enter my closet, I fall in LOVE all over again :)

I have used other closet organization companies before and were never satisfied like what I receive from California Closets. I worked with the designer Cara Carrasco. She was amazing. So knowledgeable, knew her CAD program so well, and she was very creative and solution driven. I knew what I wanted and she came up with even better ideas and mad it all work. I love the end result. The installation crew was great too. Our project was quite large so it took a couple of days. The closet looks amazing and the garage does too. I would highly recommend California Closet. I have used Ca Closets in my previous home, my sister in 2 of her homes, so I called them right off for my new home to create beautiful and functional desks, sewing table, wardrobes and storage closets. They were just installed with the usual professionalism, craftsmanship, and great designs. I continue to be amazed at how the designer can come up with ideas to use every square inch without making them look crowded and still be very functional. And the finishes are beautiful. Worked with Alice on a custom closet design for my guesthouse. She worked tirelessly on several ideas to get the design I needed. There was an issue with parts not being ready for the installation date, that left me a bit frustrated, but we worked through it and Im happy with my closet. I would use them again for future projects.

California Closets did a fantastic job. Angela did the design and came up with great ideas that I had not thought of. We had shelves built into an existing closet which is now nice and organized and has plenty of storage. We also had a brand new cabinet built next to an existing shelf and it looks as if it were part of the initial installation. The installer did a great job and everything looks and functions perfectly.

California Closets installed two closet systems for me, with frosted doors on the larger closet. The consultation, design and planning stages were all handled virtually and everything went very smooth.The installer showed up on time and was extremely efficient, all by himself.I would hide our mess behind closed doors, now I dont mind having the closet doors open!The finished product is beautiful!

The designer was very open to our needs and provided excellent designs. The material installed looks great and fits as designed. The finished product added a considerable amount of storage capability.Our only problem was it was a bit difficult to get in touch with the designer and to receive responses back. This is somewhat understood as we used the provider during one of the worst pandemics in world history.

I asked them to build a customized gym closet. They exceeded my expectations. They provided very quality service and met my price request. I thought they did a phenomenal job and would highly recommend them.

I had California Closets come in and design my bedroom closet. The closet was small so i couldnt imagine what could be done to make it not a mess. They came up with the perfect design and I love it. I should have done this a long time ago. I am so thrilled, it is currently my favorite place in the house. The pull out drawer for my jewelry is my favorite thing. I had a few small issues with some hardware that was delivered in the wrong color, but they quickly replaced it and made it right.

California Closets built two custom closets for us. Six months later, they returned to build a custom bookcase. All work was very well done, on-time, and of excellent quality. I wouldnt hesitate to use their services again should I find a new project.

They did a beautiful installation of all our closets to include a walk in closet and pantry.They were on time, professional, precise and skilled.We had a problem with one drawer and they were back and fixed the problem.We are extremely satisfied and although more expensive than the competition, are well worth the difference.We had the competition in our previous house and it was nearly as expensive, was inferior by comparison and didn’t come close to looking as beautiful!

Im glad I used Cal Closets, but the designer didnt listen, and made several mistakes. The good news was, the company was great at repairing those mistakes quickly and professionally . I love the full custom look, but also hate the fact all the real prices are hidden from the buyer. I think its really too expensive.... a bit of a racket overall... but I wanted custom... so I paid the price.

California Closets did a spectacular job and we couldnt be happier. Andrew is a fantastic designer and magically found space where we thought none existed. We had another closet company come first, and it was a nightmare! The rep was pushy, pushy pushy!!!! She tried to force us to sign a contract for a layout we werent thrilled with. We didnt really like her design because we wanted smaller sections and also drawers. She, however, told us having drawers was impossible for our space. Well, we wanted drawers. When we informed her that we needed to think about it, she called the parent company and they then proceeded to strong arm us with the highest pressure selling weve ever experienced. Needless to say, my husband and I are grossly turned off by these types of tactics, so we sent her home and called other companies.California Closets gave us the experience wed initially expected. Andrew listened carefully to how we would be using our closets and provided us with a design we hadnt even considered, which gave us an appreciably larger amount of space. Also, there were drawers! The exact amount of drawers we wanted--and he was perplexed as to why the other company couldnt do it! Andrew was funny, charming, easy to get along with, and NEVER pushed anything. I believe he said, okay, let me know guys, and that was that. I was the one who insisted we start immediately! Also, Andrew showed us the design digitally, which helped us see the exact layout, while the other company gave us a hand drawing. Yes, a sheet of paper with some lines and measurements on it!Now, time for install. There was a hiccup with the shelf lengths for one of the closets, but that was immediately resolved and we didnt have to do a thing (which is a huge relief with anything remodeling-related!). The installer, Christian, is possibly one of the nicest humans weve ever worked with on any construction project. I mean, just the best! In spite of no air conditioning and a 90 degree day the first time he came out, not a single complaint--I kept apologizing but we were mid-remodel and only had fans. Christian did a phenomenal job. Attention to detail, exemplary! Careful with our paint and molding, exemplary! Ensuring he cleaned up, exemplary! The quality of the materials, exemplary! In fact, the whole experience was so exemplary that we called Andrew to do 2 more closets in another rental unit and requested Christian for the install.I can honestly say that whenever we remodel any of our apartment units in the future, we wont think twice about calling California Closets because for the very reasonable price, the value of the storage solution is...can you guess? Exemplary!!!
