Terrible location. Ordered a $300 eight piece utensil set and one of the pieces was damaged when it finally arrived in the mail. They told me originally it would take 1 month to arrive, it took 3 months to arrive and now they wont just swap out the damaged spoon for me even though they have them hanging in the store. They want me to bring all the pieces in and return all of them and then wait for them to ship me another set.Im bringing them in and returning the whole set then I hate to say it but Ill order from Amazon.2 THUMBS WAY DOWN

Fully stocked and really friendly and helpful team

I bought a Staub pan last summer. It was more than I would usually spend but I wanted to find something special that I would cook with for years to come. Unfortunately, after using this pan several times, the coating started to flake off. After things reopened post-COVID, I returned to the store to try to exchange the pan, but was told that because it was more than 30 days from the purchase date that they could not take it back or help me in any way. BOTTOM LINE: they sold me a defective product and then claimed they couldn’t do anything about it. The staff did not even try to resolve the situation whatsoever. I always loved Williams-Sonoma but I guess they’ve made a Sur la Table customer of me.

Great staff! The location has a small lot directly in back so its easy in and easy out. The store has a large assortment of cookware, electrics, cutlery and kitchen tools. They also have a great demo area to sample their seasonal items. Very well stocked location. The team should be applauded for their great attention to detail.

A bit hard to figure where to stand in line during pandemic adjustments. Signage would help.

Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and eager to help. Things are pricey but you get what you pay for. Its fun enough just to browse (I always walk out with at least one kitchen gadget) but if you need to stick a kitchen youll be in paradise.

Williams-Sonoma on Montana is an excellent example of a kitchenware store that gets it right every time.If youre a local, this is the ideal location to buy a hostess gift or add to a wedding registry. Skip Amazon and head to Williams-Sonoma for an engaging shopping experience.Their customer service is friendly and the staff is extremely knowledgeable on various product lines. You can even test out their knives on root vegetables and bring knives from home to sharpen for a small fee.Great place to browse for new kitchenware and home decor. Best part?They have lots of samples from seasonings to sweets to salsas.

Nice store (large enough have a good selection small enough to not feel overwhelmed). Good selection of Le Crueset . I like that they have a station where you can try out the knives and they supply fresh oranges so you can see how the knifes cut. However when I was there recently it was three people deep at the checkout. More help is needed. That is why I gave only four stars. I do like William Sonoma because they stand behind their sales. If you get a lemon they replace it.
