Brian and staff are helpful, patient, and quick. Really happy with the quality of the print and they went above and beyond without asking to get it done super quick.I came in with a file that was setup in a way where the bleed / cut lines would add some extra work in terms of printing on larger paper and needing to cut down the print. Brian explained this to me and that it would result in an extra cost - no big deal if youre printing lots but he recognized that I was only printing a few items. I was able to revise the file and it saved me some money. Most folks would have just printed it out and billed me, but I really appreciated him catching my error.Thanks again yall!
