Amazing staff they were able to order my bike and help me with apparel

I was at another store in the Santa Monica Mall. I have been curious about these bikes and looked through the windows. There was no line so I went to the door and the biggest smile ever said can I show you the new bike? I went in, she asked a few questions, put m on the bike - WOW!!! Loved it. Omega was her name, fun, smart, knowledgeable, no push to sell or buy, just let me mull over the process by showing me a lot of the pluss about the Peloton. I opted to try a live class....again WOW!!. She sent me the quote for all we discussed. Today, being the following day purchased the bike and other items. OMEGA it was a pleasure!! Went in to check some stuff out and was helped by a guy named Sam. RAD guy and was crazy helpful. I ended up buying a treadmill because he was so cool! Great experience!

This review covers only this store, not the company or my political views.The store is clean and the staff is helpful. They offered for us to come in for a ride while we were in town on vacation. They have shoes available.I took off one star since the selection in the store isnt great. However, if you were looking to try out the bike and not shop for apparel, this would be a great location to try it out and get your settings fitted.Now about the bikes...We own one and it is great. If you ride a spin bike at least once a week, then this is a good investment. A constant variety of classes and a top quality bike that is nearly silent and very smooth to operate.

Kwami was awesome to speak with about the Peloton bikes! It was also awesome to reminisce about places in Ghana.

The delivery of our bike was a wonderful experience! Frankie and Matt were great in explaining the bike, set up, etc. It was a delightful experience!

I would not buy anything from a company that pulls their advertisement because of heat from the alt left liberals. Sean Hannity reports the truth which the alt left cant stand!

Im sorry but I think this company is not for anyone who values free speech. Caving to Media Matters reminds me to never buy or use them
