It was finally time to upgrade my frankenstein clubs. Jason was the best! A true professional, he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and understood the process of every club I tried.He was patient and understanding especially with me; a novice player with high handicap. However, that didn’t bother him, his goal was to fit me into the best possible equipment that will improve my game instantly and for many years to come. A truly one of a kind experiences. Awful experience. Got fitted for a new Ventus Shaft in my driver. On my second use, one week after receiving the club, it snapped in half at the driving range without anything unusual happening. Club Champion refused to replace or refund anything but offered me a minimal discount if I re-ordered with them. Nope. Moving on. Plenty of better club fitters out there

Disappointed in a putter fitting where the fitter, Kyle, wasnt knowledgeable about Scotty Cameron or Evnroll offerings, gave me bad information, and didnt even bother sending me the data after saying he would.I was told that NEITHER had ANY putters with higher toe hang (>45 degrees, e.g. flow necks), and when I checked out their websites, they BOTH do! Was tough to get anyone on the phone from club champion to try to get the fitting data, since club champion has all calls route to a central call center that doesnt have access to fitting data! Terrible customer service! AVOID AT ALL COST!

I needed new clubs and heard great things about Jason and Ashley at Club Champion. I had full club fitting with Jason and we went through my swing club by club. Jason poured a ton of TLC into my fitting. A great guy who is a true pro in the industry. I was surprised how above and beyond he went to make sure I was comfortable and that my clubs fit me perfect. Highly recommend!! I just wish I had his golf skillset!

Absolutely the best fitting Ive ever had, and the results on the golf course with my new sticks was, and I say this in all honesty, outstanding! I would recommend a fitting at Club Champion to anyone who is seriously committed to getting the best fitting for you. Cant say enough good things about Club Champion, and my fitter, Jason, at the LA store was very knowledgeable and fantastic to work with. Dont miss this opportunity!

Mike was awesome. Ill admit I was a bit nervous at first but he settled me right down. Did the long game fitting and he found the perfect club head/shaft combination for my game. Definitely worth it!

I came here for a club fitting and could not be more pleased. Michael did an excellent job fitting me for everything from putter to driver. He was very knowledgeable and explained each and every tweak he made and why. Definitely recommend.

I do not recommend Club Champion. Club Champion completely missed the fitting of my clubs. First they fit me for a Ping iron set 1.5-2 degrees upright which from the start was a mistake because as a shorter person I should have flattened clubs. This was identified during a golf clinic where the instructor called out clearly that there was a problem with the fitting. The Ping color chart is really clear about it.I returned to Club Champion, and while never admitting an error, they bent my ping irons 3 to 4 degrees to get to the lie angle they should have been from the start. They then returned my clubs without letting me try them or establishing new distance statistics. When I asked an appointment for a verification, it seems that I was annoying them and I was the problem. I had received a gift card from my husband for a new putter and possibly to look at a new fairway wood to complete my bag. When I sent them a message asking to know how much was left on my gift card there was no response. My husband followed up on the text and within 10 minutes we had the answer — what kind of treatment is this? — WOMEN BEWARE!! The worst was a short comment when our salesperson responded to my husband with the amount left on the gift card, “BTW Isabelle, how are the clubs?”Wrong fitting, wrong customer service!

Spoke with the General Manager Jason Franklin, was an extremely helpful and knowledgeable guy. I can tell hes passionate about your swing and hes willing to customize the right club for you. Hell tell you in the beginning whether a certain club will fit, every swing is different. He does everything with understanding and feel not just heavily weighed on technology.He has a knack and natural ability with club fitting.Highly Recommend!

My experience at club champion was great. I worked with jason, who is polite, very knowledgeable, and patience, and i could not be more happier with the fitting and performance of my clubs.I worked with Jason yet everyone in the store was very courteous, helpful and eager to assist in anyway possible when Jason was not there. The most important fact is that the club fitting made a major difference in the consistency of my game. THE PUTTER FITTING IS A MUST. I have consistently play about 4- to 5 stroke better with the fitted clubs.

Only times I remember golf was mini golf and Tiger Woods. These guys helped a noobie like me get my swing just right. I feel like I can win the Mini Golf World Championship next year.

Jerry is very friendly, professional and provides great services. Prices here are quite expensive, but it will worth your money here. I would recommend to all who are looking for game improvement and finding right clubs and shafts.

There is no better club fitting, just know going in that if you end up purchasing clubs from them it wont be cheap! As long as you know that going in, you wont get slammed by sticker shock!
