I’ve been wanting to take jewelry-making classes for a while, but this review is for their jewelry repair and engraving services. We needed a Lady of Guadalupe medallion engraved for our niece’s communion. With our usual jeweler closed since Covid hit LA and laser-engraving places backed up with pending orders, we thought we were out of options. But we walked to Precious Metal Arts to see what they could do and they said they could do it by hand. How special! They did an outstanding job, beautiful and quick so we could ship it to our niece on time. Couldn’t recommend it more.

My fiancee and I had our engagement ring and wedding bands resized here. The ring was very complicated and required additional time, work, and even some extra gold material to get it just right. Despite requiring work beyond the initial scope of the project, the team here honored the original quote and did a fantastic job taking a creative approach to an unusual problem!
