This store is NOT A REAL TUMI STORE. If you buy something here, you cannot return it to an actual Tumi store. Unfortunately, if you call them, they will tell you that they are an actual Tumi store until you speak with a manager and press them enough to find out are a third party distributor. Horrible experience, bought super expensive defective luggage and dealing with this store has been a nightmare. Go to Away or Target instead.

I’ve never been in the store and have made all 3 luggage purchases and transactions over the phone and via text with Albert. He sent photos as requested and shipped out as promised. Excellent customer service and prompt response. I will definitely be contacting Albert for my next luggage additions.

I thought the staff was very helpful, not sure why so many are complaining. Price might be a little high but luggage is pricey everywhere unless youre buying junk. I am satisfied and would go back, their inventory is always loaded

Poor customer service. Wouldn’t exchange and take back an unused, new, damaged Rimowa that was purchased as a gift directly from their store. Blamed it on me for not taking pictures of the broken box it came in. The manager Albert gave me no apology and no recourse for the situation. I would highly recommend everyone who wants to purchase a Rimowa to go directly to the website or the store in Beverly Hills.

My Rimowa suitcase wouldnt open so took it here. They did it for me without any charge. Everyone was very friendly and super helpful. I would definitely come back!

I purchased a Briggs & Riley carry-on from Kensington two weeks ago. They shipped it to my home in Georgia for me, and said that if I needed to return it I could and shipping would be no more than $24.The bag didnt work out for me, as I chose a model from a competing brand, and when I returned it the best price I could get was over $50 for shipping. I called that day and gave them the tracking number and they said theyd call me for my credit card number when they received the bag to process the refund.Upon receipt of the bag they failed to call me. I called them the next day and one of the guys took my card number... and never processed the refund. I had to call again today and threaten that Id call American Express and report them. That lit a fire under their asses.Horrible customer service, all around. I wont return and you should shop elsewhere.

Robbie was so helpful, I needed to have my rimowa suitcase repaired and was running short on time. I also needed to pick up another small travel size suitcase. He was very helpful and came out to my car with the new suitcase took my pmt information and took my old suitcase for repair.He was so friendly and I really appreciated his efficiency and kindness that day.

DO NOT COME. Very bad shopping experience. I was traveling with my family and would like to buy one carry-ons and one back pack. The sales was really rude, so we stopping shopping. I don’t think a good brand will use this kind sales, it’s a fake store. DO NOT COME.

Stopped in on vacation to have my initials put on my backpack. Al and Ike were fantastic! Had me in and out in a flash and were very kind. Go see them for your next Tumi!

Couldn’t open my luggage, the lock code changed. Brought it in, they opened it in less than 10minutes. Ike assisted with opening it, he was very nice and patient.

Completely incompetent staff who have absolutely no knowledge of store and company inventory. I went in looking for a rolling duffel bag and was immediately rebuffed by the sales associate. He claimed that they didnt carry any such bags. I looked around on my own and immediately found one such bag. I didnt like the color so I asked if they had any other colors or styles and was told quite rudely that it was the only bag and style they had. I knew that was a lie but I just didnt have the energy to argue with him. Didnt offer monogram service or any information on the product. What a massive disappointment, for the prices Tumi charges I expect polite service at a minimum. I doubt Ill ever shop there again.

Bobby was happy to emboss my Tumi luggage bought elsewhere. Very positive experience. Will buy from them in future as they pricematch.

My Rimowa classic two-wheel suitcase number lock seemed to be broken after my flight in to LAX. I went straight to the Rimowa store at Santa Monica Place and the guys there were very helpful and could fix the problem professionally in very short time. Would always go back! Thank you.

Bad customer service experience, we bought 2 carry-ons and 1 check luggage. they didnt have our luggage in store and had to wait for them to order it. went back the day of pick up and fownd out they never ordered it. the two guys working seemed to hate their jobs and would give you no room to breath. would recommend just going to the one of redeo.

I asked if there is something I can do to prevent my Rimowa Suitcases (700USD) wheels from breaking over and over again - answer: Buy a new one or pick a different brand ... Speechless!

Do not shop at this crooked store. While looking for luggage the owner and a salesman are trying to up sale me. When I said I will think about it and was going to leave he starts dropping the price. Almost half. You think I am joking right? WRONG! He started with the gouge price. Then started dropping to normal. In other words he was going to rip me off. Go to Nordstrom or Bloomingdales. Better yet go to BAGN BAGGAGE on Wilshire Blvd. Great prices and they carry the same brands. At least If you have a problem there is someone to help, or your money back. With this jerk your stuck after the sale.

The staff who I assume was Italian was very rude. Didnt feel like he wanted to be there and forced us to look through ye catalogues instead of taking a look at the actual luggages. Referee us immediately to the cheapest luggage in store as if implying that we couldnt afford it. Wouldnt let my mom peacefully look at the products. Was very disappointed to even stay in the store any longer.

Do not go there! The guy that came to us when we enter the store said If you are looking for cheap bag do not lose any time here. I wanna say what the Fcuk to that guy with grey hair! Then he showed us a samsonite bag for 400 USD and when we were going towards exit he said he will do that bag for us for 174 USD, Really ??? Is this an auction? or Turkish Bazaar? or Indian Dollar store?Absolutely not professional!

The worst Rimowa I have ever encountered. I have used Rimowa brand for years. I came with my family for Xmas to buy something but the in store sales attitude really made me and my family canceled to shop there. There were 2 men serving people like street black market style, seriously I was so angry til I almost followed their rudeness too.
