Im a kindergarten teacher, I spend most of my life bent over or hauling a kid in each arm. I used to have constant joint and muscle pain but I couldn’t afford a massage. My doctor recommended I get a percussion therapy massage gun. So I went online to do my research. I found that even though on the higher end of the price scale, the Theragun products where the most recommended and reliable. So I decided to fork out the cash and got the G3 massager. I now use it every day and have the energy do my job and to stay off the sofa in the evening. Im so glad I decided to purchase this product. It has made a world of difference in my day to day life. I would highly recommend Theragun. Great products.

I recently purchased the Theragun G3 Pro. It arrived within a week of ordering. Great quality and no issues with the packaging or quality of the tool. Works great, nothing to worry about and everything is very intuitive to use. Love it so far. Great product.

I purchased a Theragun Pro and I got it dead on arrival. After a lot of hassle with Theragun’s “customer service”, I finally got the Return label. They used UPS, which picked it up after making two appointments, as apparently UPS doesn’t always shows up when they promise. So the Pro device with number 202101340 is in their warehouse again, but guess what the “return and replace” service from Theragun only covers the “return” part.I asked them when do I get the replacement. No answer. Complete silence. They customer care is trained to hide well.I wrote to so called Dr. Wersland, at [email protected], twice. The result: no answer.This company is a disgrace. They rip off their customers.So think twice before buying anything from them ! And don’t buy if your money are worth to you.

Ive read about these high end massage guns in many articles, so I thought why not get one for a friend for his birthday. Instead, I opened it and fell in love!! This machine hits the right spots! I hadnt realized how much pressure this gun has until actually using it. Fortunately, I will definitely buy again for friends. I guess I had to try it out to really figure it out. My knots in my neck and shoulder are slowly fading. Every day use without having to go to a masseuse is pretty amazing. Great product Theragun.

I’ve used the cheap massage guns in the past. To be honest, I thought that these massage guns were just a fad. However, having tried one that was more adequately priced, I have to say that massage guns are amazing! I am 100% a converted believer now and I never workout without using my G3 from Theragun after. It’s so good at relaxing my muscles and getting the blood flowing to them. Not sure about the science behind them. I think it has something to do with lactic acid. But anyway, the G3 is working wonders for me and if you’re reading this, don’t wait to get one. I found the G3 to be totally worth every penny.

Never order from them! The customer service is absolutely terrible!I ordered a Theragun pro and a Theragun Elite from them. The Theragun Elite I received had scuff marks and scratches, it seemed to have been USED! This is unacceptable! I tried contacting them to return the pro and get a new elite, since I paid to get a NEW elite, however they have not even responded in over 3 weeks!

I have seen a lot of people talking about and discussing the wonders of these massage guns. I wanted to know what the hype was and purchased one for my wife and I. We decided to give the G3 from Theragun a try after doing some research. With her back surgery recently and my shoulder pain we needed a massager. The price of the G3 is on the higher end but trust me, it is worth every penny. So if you have never used one of these and ever wondered what the hype was I’ll explain it to you with the best of my abilities. From the beginning I thought it was just a simple vibrating massager but I was wrong. It’s literally like an ultra sonic high resonating vibration device that goes deeper than the surface. The ultra sonic high level vibration does deep into the muscle. The skins around the device literally moved and visually can be seen moving. It’s very hard to explain. With the eyes it almost looks like nothing really happens but man does it feel good. If you need a hand held massager that does deep tissue you should try this massage gun.

I had a fantastic experience here, staff was super friendly and BOY do I feel better now physically. I was SO sore and now feeling very good.

My Theragun g2 stopped working 11 months in. I was told to send in it for repair. That was on November 20th. It is December 18th and I still dont have my Theragun back. Theragun keeps saying sorry for the delay we are busy because of the holidays. Now they wont even reply to my emails. I cant call them either. My $700 g2 is now somewhere at their warehouse and I havent gotten a refund or a new/fixed theragun. I am beyond upset and they need to refund me asap. This is awful. Dont buy from this company. They have the worst customer service.
