I haven’t actually been here lol but i’m giving 5 stars because Mr. Cox is my great grandfather!! hehe

This has been my go-to paint store for decades. The paint is high quality, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Once, I brought in a throw pillow and asked them to pick colors that would look good with it. Of course, they did a great job. Ive also gotten beautiful wallpapers there.

Been going to Cox for 40+ years, experienced paint masters know where to go when you need quality.

Good selection of supplies. You always see professional painters there which is a good sign. Theres always someone friendly available to help. They have a small parking lot on the side plus theres plenty of metered parking on the street.

SO helpful! Ive gone to other paint stores where I was lucky if theyd help me locate a paint chip. Carolyn helped me pick out colors easily and effortlessly and gave me some great tips and advice. The only paint store I will shop from now on! And they have loads of great wallpaper too.

Had to make a color of Swiss coffee- they made me a sample and the color was way off. Upon returning the man stated there are so many different types of Swiss coffee they are all not the same- I am not a painter and did not know this. Well, he knew that and never asked do I have a sample of Swiss coffee . He sold it to me and upon return said there is nothing I can do with the paint you have. Bring me a sample and we can make a batch. SHOULD HAVE SAID THAT in the first place-

I found the staff to be rude and shot tempered. I will not shop here. How ever I will shop at the Culver City location I am well taken care of there.

A bit pricey even for contractors but good service.

Went here today and found a helpful friendly staff, quality paints and supplies, professional shop. Why go to cheep box stors and be boaring like everyone else, invest in your home like you love it.

On two occasions I have found customer service pathetic - thank god ace hardware is back in business
