Well organized kitchen and bath and household equipment store. Good place to go for immediate needs with a wide range of quality from economical to luxury. Good place to pick up OXO, Simply Human, linens, cookware, kitchen utensils and mixers, toasters, etc. Friendly staff and laid out in an excellent manner. Lines can occasionally be long but usually move very fast. And remember your coupon!!

I had a great experience at this location. I did a little shopping for accessories to use with my soda stream, and I was in and out in under 20 minutes. The lady at the checkout was super nice as well.

Sunday, I helped my mom take back some patio chairs that began falling apart about a month after purchase...I am writing this to specifically thank Rose and the other ladies for helping my mom resolve this seasonal item issue. It was not BBB fault. Nor was it my folks....but Rose went the extra mile to ensure that my mom wasnt stuck with the whole cost of a defective set of patio chairs that in truth were unsafe for people to sit in....not cheap chairs either.We acknowledge and appreciate what you did for us and its my/our hope that the company responsible for these chairs ends up paying the bill.This is our continued reason for supporting and shopping with Bed, Bath & Beyond.Thanks again Rose.

Waited in the checkout line for 10 mins and someone who just walked in asked to have her gift card balance checked. They helped her before me and the guy at the register didn’t know what he was doing, so it took longer. Put my item on the counter and walked out. Figured I should’ve been helped first since I was already waiting.

Outstanding Customer Service! I frequent most of the BB&B stores in the San Diego area and I have good experiences in all of them, however, the Santee store is my personal favorite. They went the extra mile to put aside a quantity of a certain item, located more in several other BB&B stores in the area. Then there was another higher priced item in the clearance section that they were able to offer at an even greater savings than was marked on the tag. A special shoutout to associate, Catherine and manager, Jessica. They were helpful, friendly, and professional.Who could ask for more. Thank you again.

I purchased a pair of drapes over a year ago and cannot find the receipt. The drapes are polyester/cotton and the lining 100% cotton. When I recently washed and dried them as directed on the label, it appears that the lining shrunk. They bunch up at the seams and ironing did not remedy the problem. I cannot use them. I called the store and was told there is nothing they can do. I suggested a store credit but was given the 800 customer service phone number. The service rep who took my call said that they only handle online purchases. She said they have no control over their stores’ policies.

Not a lot of a selection of bathroom towels. They mostly had your basic solid colors and theyre somewhat pricey.

Got a new floppy fish for my cat. She broke her previous 1. Also got a cut solar bug shaped light for me. Always find what I want and more at great prices.

Place has more than just bed stuff

I love Bed Bath and Beyond, because you can get any thing there. If you go online you can get furniture, special size sheets. It can be exchanged in store. The staff is so helpful and will spend as much time as you need.

Alright customer service. One employee tried to help me find what I was looking for and was very helpful. Female cashier on the other hand named Danielle gave an attitude. She bagged my items and after bagging them I needed a bigger cart because of how it was bagged, as I had purchased some large items. I asked if I could go grab a bigger cart nearby and she gave attitude, rolled her eyes and shrugged and said Im just gonna put your stuff over there so you can get your stuff together rude AF! Other than that, everything else about the store is fine.

A bit annoyed that I reserved some items online at this location to arrive and have them tell me that they dont have the items at that location, which now meant I couldnt use the coupon I had because I had to spend $30. The staff was nice enough to go double check for me but did make me get back in line when they found the items, at which point about 5 people were in front of me & there was only one cashier. Took a lot longer than it should have but overall happy that the staff was kind

Today, I was looking for a satin pillowcase to help with hair breakage. I asked, was shown a nice pillowcase at a great price. I used my online coupon, too. Displays were great today, holiday merchandise is arriving, there were several employees working hard to set things up but not to busy to help me. Excellent experience! I wish this location carried cosmetics & wine.

Came here with the woman I care for on Sundays. Shes super high maintenance and very picky but we found some really nice organizers for her dresser and make up. I always love going into BB and B because there are always interesting things I havent seen before(but that Are also very tempting to purchase) like a peach scented cleaning sponge (for $6 it was a splurge I wasnt willing to try today)! Friendly and helpful staff even with quasi- rude company.

Went in to get a hanging toothbrush holder and walked out with an electric egg cooker 😆 When we couldnt find the toothbrush holder, a couple of employees walked around with us to help us find one. One of them even looked online, but to no avail. However, we DID score with the egg cooker. It was only $20, $17.00+ after the 20% off coupon we had!

This place is trouble but in a good way. It seems I can always find something to spend my money on. I like their selection of candles, and Ive found some pretty good deals on their closeout items, like dessert bowls for $1. This is truly a fun place to be, and its very hard for me to walk out empty-handed.

I dont know who got good service at this Santee store, but after 5 trips in looking for various things I have yet to speak to one employee. There were no employees on the sales floor all 5 times I tried to buy anything. Walking out without any help or purchases is not the way to generate more business. I would have loved to get the sheet sets and kitchen goodies I was looking for, probably about 300 dollars lost... wake up and remember customers carry money.

Like shopping here for home needs and other stuff. I signed up for the membership and it paid for itself first visit (Christmas Shopping) so the rest of the year is all mine! It renews automatically so keep an eye out for the renewal. You might want to sign up on the app before you get to the store. I held up the line while doing it myself.

Probably would have bought a bed spread if there was anybody to help us with the variety. No worries saved me $300 bucks. I was looking to keep the wife happy.

The location in any city will always be the best experience. They offer soo many coupons and make it so easy for me being a guy to not only be there but feel comfortable. They deserve this for the hard work and great PR the business does.

They do have good products and good deals. The reason Im giving only 1 is because those 20% off coupons they mail out are very misleading. You have to have 1 coupon PER item! This is ridiculous and a bad sales strategy. I had 3 items and they would not give me 20% off all of them. I only bought one item since they wouldnt extend the discount. So they lost 40$ because they didnt want to give me 10$ off. Their loss. Terrible sales strategy. If you have to give away a little money to bring in more money who cares! This is frustrating as hell especially when you loaded all the kids in the car, and now you gotta go back home for a stupid piece of paper coupon. The people at the register have the power to give you the discount or to ask a manager at least. These register girls wouldnt lift a finger to help me and seemed kind of happy to NOT help me. Very disappointed in this store. Customer is always right. At least pretend to try and help them. Dont just shrug your shoulders like 20% is gonna push your store out of business. I will not be returning to this store.

How can they not have a Full size in a mattress topper I wanted for my bed? Dissappointed. I have a store credit I wanted to use up. Bummer. Besides that, they are reasonable priced and have good CS.

For some reason BBB always have the slowest cashier line, takes for ever to check out, now add Christmas to the equation! Definitely lost my business due to backed up check out line(2 closed cash register on Christmas eve was the nail on the coffin!!)

BB&B was willing to allow me to make returns as long as I had a receipt and it was within a year. Customer service was very helpful.

I hadnt been there since the beginning of this year and the store was well stocked so i checked out all the aisles and picked 5 items that I needed . I had fun looking at all their stuff.

The one main Bed Bath & Beyond that I shop at. The employees are always willing to help you, even when they are crowded or busy. Great inventory and the staff is always helpful in making sure that you get the best price for your purchase.

Every time we go here the employees are running around to busy to help you because they have a line of customers they are already helping and they always say they are short handed. Lady told us today they hate their job because never have enough employees... Line at the registers is always long and with everyone fumbling with their phone or digging through their purse to find the coupon slows it down also. Just give everyone the 20% off already because everyone uses it anyways...
