Initially went in to Todd to see why my jeep wouldnt start like it should. I was told by another mechanic that it would be my transmission when it ended up being my battery. I ended up having some engine leaks that needed a bunch of work and the engine pulled out. Todd was sending pictures of my engine throughout the whole process, he was absolutely amazing and very communative the whole time even sending me pictures of my engine and what needed to be replaced. Upon picking up my jeep he went through all the parts with me again (they were laid out on the ground for me to see) I was really nervous finding a new mechanic since I am not from here but now I am assured I have an amazing and honest one! One of his guys even got bored and popped out a big part of a dent I had from running into a pole which made it look so much better!I highly recommend this shop and the team and I will be using them for any future needs for me jeep! I would give Lynn 10 stars if I could! He is so nice, and HONEST and REASONABLY PRICED!! And he does great work. Ive been taking my cars here for 3 years now (thats when we moved to the area) and I trust them 100%. Being a woman, its hard to find a trustworthy mechanic but Lynn is the nicest, most genuine guy and business owner. My dad is pretty frugal and works on his own cars (he doesnt work on my car bc he lives in FL) and always complains about mechanics overcharging, but when I showed him a receipt for some recent work he said it was a great price and coming from my dad that means a lot. I highly recommend them. They are always busy because of their good reputation but I have never waited more than a day to have my car looked at. He even helped me out when my car overheated on the road & I called him in a panic. He talked me through it and I was able to get my car home and on to his shop. I will continue to take my cars here and recommend him to anyone looking for a good, honest mechanic. And I cant forget to mention that he always calls me before he does the work, he tells me whats wrong, & how much its going to cost. Ive been slapped with a surprise $700 bill in the past so his upfront honesty is much appreciated.

Lynn is incredible. Im entirely convinced hes the best mechanic there is. Knows his stuff, fair prices, good work, and quick repair time. Weve gone here for everything from SMOG to a broken window. I cant say enough to recommend Cool Master. Theres no one better.

Todd and his crew are amongst the best Ive seen. This isnt your average small shop, they are truly masters of their craft. They always explained what was wrong and never tried to overcharge or over repair.

This shop is one of a kind! The quality of their work is impeccable! Charlie, Casey, Heather and Todd are outstanding people with the best customer service we have ever experienced! They are Trustworthy buisness and even though we are moving out of state we will use them again for our next build. They have even helped us after hours accomedating all our needs. Todd and Heather (the owners) personally helped us out many times. We would not trust our truck with any other shop. Now it is safe and ready for the road. I highly recommend them to you all. After being recommended to Cool Master Automotive by a coworker, this is the only place we take any of our vehicles. Lynn is very knowledgeable, polite, and honest. He will tell you whether you really need something or not, as was the case where another shop told us after an oil change that our van needed some fairly expensive front suspension work. It turns out that was just them trying to drum up a sale. The price for any of the work weve had done has always been more than fair, and on top of that, he always goes that extra little bit to fix any small problems like a bulb thats burnt out, a squeaky door hinge, or a hood latch thats sticking a little. Its time for some more repairs on my daily driver, and I cant imagine taking it anywhere but here. The ONLY bad thing I can say is that sometimes they cant fit you in right away, but thats just because theyre so awesome that theyre constantly busy.

Great experience. Im extra skeptical of mechanics and these guys renewed my faith. I had a bad rattle in my engine that started after an accident and got worse over time, eventually caused my engine to stall. I thought for sure that there was some serious damage. I took it in and they after some troubleshooting they thought it may be an issue with the timing chain. Codes returned timing problem with the camshaft. They took it apart and found that the it just needed a new timing chain tensioner. They couldve taken me to the cleaners but were straight forward and earned my trust - and a good review.
