Today my husband and I went to buy a stove and the experience was great! A woman named Karen helped us and she was super friendly& got a great deal on our stove! I highly recommend shopping at Appliance Discounters!!!

Had new dishwasher installed this morning and installed and service were great and professional.

This was our 3rd appliance purchase from them and the in in-store experience was great. Very personable, knowledgeable and non-pushy sale! Even the delivery/installation people were great. Dan and John really knew what they were doing! We will return the next time we need another appliance.

As much as it pains me to do this. I feel that I have no choice.1. I purchase stuff for business and personal from here. (not anymore)2. Received damaged goods and was told that they will send replacements asap.3. Was offered replacing damaged parts. Which I okayed. As at this point its already been 3 months.4. Here we are almost 2 years later Im still waiting for replacements.5. Have called and called and left messages for manager numerous times. No call back or anything...UNACCEPTABLE!Considering how much business Ive sent your way. Not going to shop there again for anything as this reallllyyy left a bad taste in my mouth.So if owner reads this... Im sure they know how to get ahold of me to fix this almost 2 year old problem.

Shawn was very helpful and polite, we enjoyed working with him! He helped us get excellent prices on all our appliances - these definitely are the best prices in town. We ended up getting the GE Café line which is stunning!! We couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

Very pleasant and easy experience purchasing my new cooktop and wall oven. Same models I found at Lowes for less money along with a much better customer experience. Also am able to get them faster than Lowes. Definitely my go to place now for appliances!update: Delivery and installation process was also fantastic- on time and knowledgeable professionals

Concord Plaza location.They were very helpful and answered all of my questions. I purchased a washer & dryer easily. It was delivered on time by friendly and knowledgeable men.They set them up and hauled away the old ones. Everything went great every step of the way. I had a great experience and will shop there again.

Highly recommend Appliance Discounters! Washer went out after many other non expecting expenses in a couple of weeks. Denise B was so helpful in setting me up to for a washer that will accommodate myself. Armondo in the store was very helpful and explained differences between what I would need and didnt need, to save me from spending more than I had to. The washer was delivered today, after getting a call they were on their way. They were on time and as nice as could be! I will buy future appliances from nowhere else. Thank you Appliance Discounters for the AWESOME service...oh, and I love my dishtowel ;)

I purchased a washer and have had problems since day one. Have called several times. When I finally got ahold of a rep. He was rude and abrasive and basically told me to deal with it myself. Terrible customer service and poor quality appliances

Tried to have Lowes put a dishwasher in 3 times and they couldnt do it. Worthless! Went to Appliance Discounters and they had their guy James put it in no problem. Took him and his brother no time. Cool place most likely buying my new stove and refrigerator there

Bought a Fridgeair Gallery refrigerator a couple months back that is still working great and recently decided to get the matching microwave. The microwave did have some malfunctioning issues so I contacted the store and a manager called me back within a couple hours. All the staff at this location were great and the manager went out of his way to address the issues I had to make things right. Overall I would recommend them to anyone who wants the same quality appliances for a discounted price, I ended up saving quite a bit of money.

I have purchased many different appliances for homes and rental units and these guys cant be beat in price or service. So easy!!!!!
