Mac was the Man! He took care of my battery issues and explained to me the issue so I understood it. I appreciate him and I will go back to see him!

It took me three trips and them three times to get my parts order correct it cost me two extra days of downtime due to their incompetence. I only did business with them because no one else had the parts.

This location is terrible since John left no one knows anything. I am now going to O’Reilly’s across the street. May go to Kirkwood location where John is.

Went to this AutoZone yesterday after a horrible experience at Suntrup Volkswagen, I was greeted by a mask wearing employee that was polite and courteous. He happen to be the only person in the store and despite that fact, he was able to help every patron and even help two people install batteries at the same time.Highly recommended

We went in yesterday to get a new battery for my truck and Scott helped us tremendously. He is extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me pick the right battery and install it. Give that man a raise!

I love coming to this AutoZone. The staff is friendly and always helpful. I recently got some assistance from store manager Pat. Pat assist me in changing my air filter and adding transmission fluid, because it was low. I have never received bad customer service here. I’ve been coming here for years and the experience is still the same. Thank you! AUTOZONE and PAT!

The staff was extremely unhelpful and refused to honor a warranty due to their battery leaking. I ultimately ended up going across the street to OReilly where they helped me change the battery and everything. I was a lifetime customer of Autozone but they lost me when they left me hanging the day before a snowstorm with their leaky battery.

My car lost power a few times on the highway, and best I could tell was I needed a new nut to secure an accessory cable to the positive post. The professional gentleman at the store help me find the right but, and installed it; free of charge. He proceeded to refuse the tip saying, just give us a good review. Its the least I could do.

Told me to put a mask on or get out second I walked in the door .. no time to explain that I have copd and I can’t breath with it on .. no hi how ya doin nothing .. all the while this lovely man had no mask on .. drinking his coffee. Well there goes 5k a month I spend with you all congrats I’ll go elsewhere.

One of the guys there really went above and beyond tonight, helping me with my car and saving me time and money from taking it to a mechanic. He was super nice and patient. He couldve stayed inside, but instead helped me out despite the heat. I really appreciated it and Ill mention this to others.

The staff helped me to find all the reasons for my problem so I could determine the best solution.

This location must be under different management, everyone was very happy and eager to help me find what I was looking for. I haven’t had this service from them in a very long time. Clean store with great employees. I’ll start going back on a regular basis!!!

I didnt get the managers name, but I went in today while they didnt have power. He called another store that DID have power to find the right sized wiper blades for my Honda, had them waiting for me when I came back with cash AND installed them. Sucks he had to come in today, but Im glad he did. Power or no power, I recommend this store.

Didnt really know what they was doing they thought E250 V8 Triton was a Toyota vehicle if you dont know the difference between a Ford or the Toyota you got a problem

I went to this autozone today to get rental tools the employee was there not very helpful he told me they dont rent these tool any more i called another store they told me they rent these kind tools he seemd he want push out i dont to make big seen i just left but i will never go any autozone i take my business somewhere else i am going to report it to the headquarters.

Visited on Tuesday afternoon. Store was empty. Has plenty of parking. You can see the store from the main road. The staff was helpful and let us know what we needed right away.

Ashley is the reason my day has changed completely! Things went beyond expected! My car broke down last night and I was 80% sure it was the battery. This morning I got a ride to the store intending to fix it myself in mind, and I got a battery. During purchase they asked if I needed help, but it was down the street so I declined. They said it would be 18 dollars more if they didn’t, and offered to drive me over there and do it for me. They actually saved me money and got it done for me in less than 10 minutes! This is not the first time I have been elated by this place and I’m thrilled this shop is so close to my house. Thank you again Ashley, you’re a great mechanic, and thank for teaching me how to change the battery and check the alternator!

This is a good place to go to get engine codes checked if you dont have an OBDII reader. But its also good to go for affordable auto parts. The staff is very knowledgeable. Its the best place to go for auto parts.

Bought a battery there a year and a half ago. But was told I didnt buy it there. Ok wont buy anything there now.

Have been using this location for years, they have some great people over the years

People here are literally jumping to help you out. Many of them even work on cars and know about working on cars. Its like were in the 50s when sales people knew what the hell they were selling. In other words, the exact opposite of that 16 year old at Home Depot.

After making my purchase they helped me with changing my wipers no extra cost was very good service I never even touched them after purchase just went right outside and changed them

The staff always will go out of the way to help you and let you know when new Products Become available so that you might would like to try something new

If you get the right associate, they can be very knowledgeable. I worked at an Auto Zone 25 years ago, things have changed some but not much. I like that they will almost always ask you if you need help finding anything. I dont like waiting several minutes to check out while I hear 2 or more employees talking behind the first rack (thats where the manager desk usually is)

I went here to buy rotors for my Jeep and the rep there was pretty knowledgeable as to what I needed. Pleasant experience overall.

Worst autozone I’ve been to. When I said we need to remove these two bolts to change the light the autozone employee took it upon himself to remove four and then lost one in my car. All he could say was it was inevitable. And the bulb still needs to be replaced. I will drive WAY out of my way to go anywhere but this autozone. I used to be a fan, but no longer.
