Thrilled with my monthly membership! The car always comes out clean, the young men & women detailing the interior of the car are polite, respectful, & hardworking. The staff working the registers are knowledgeable & friendly. The entire staff is a perfect example of the phrase, attitude reflects leadership. The general manager, Rich, made my experience outstanding when purchasing my monthly membership. As a business owner, I love seeing other managers happy, friendly, & passionate about their work. Happy to have this awesome business in our neighborhood!

In combining a luxury car wash with a gas station and premium convenience store (not to mention the drive-thru Smoothie King location that’s also part of the complex), Tidal Wave provides a welcome addition to both Sunset Hills and the wider South County region. With entrances on Lindbergh and East Watson, the location is convenient for local traffic as well as those coming off I-44 a just few minutes down the road. The convenience store has incredible variety, far superior to any of its competitors in the area.As for the car wash itself, you’ll find several packages and options to satisfy many different price points. There’s an indoor waiting area if you choose one of Tidal Wave’s more intensive cleaning and detailing services. It’s also worth noting that this is a well-staffed location; on my first few visits, I always saw attendants inside and outside sanitizing handles and touchpoints, cleaning the gas pumps, and keeping the facility in pristine condition.All in all, Tidal Wave is a fantastic asset to Sunset Hills—hands down the best gas station and car wash combination in South County.

Tidal wave has had awesome service and very professional employees (good food too). They remind me of what a neighborhood service stations used to be. I had a really great experience at this location. I could use Apple Pay for my gas and was even able to get a discounted car wash included. The team was even able to get all the dead bugs off my car. Great location and quick. We will be back in the near future. Well Done Team!

Pulled in to get a car wash selected what we wanted and the machine was not accepting credit cards. I called the attendant over. He said I’m sorry just a minute went over to a different lane and process three other customers by waving them over to him and left us sitting there. We finally backed out and left. Absolutely the worst service I have ever witnessed.

I spilled an entire bottle of coffee creamer all over my passenger side seat. I was having the worst morning. Until I met Rich! He was so understanding and got me in for service right away. He did an absolutely spectacular job. He was super nice, professional and a sweet guy! I will definitely be back and be requesting that Rich is the one who details my car. Great hire!

I highly recommend taking her car here for detailing, the staff was extremely professional and the value is affordable. I arrived to my appointment hours early by mishap and Rich was able to get me in with very little wait time. I will be using their services again!

We decided to give them a try with the coupon deal we had for the free exterior deluxe wash at the Sunset Hills Location. Wash was awesome and it did a fantastic job. Gave them a 2nd try and talked to the manager and let him know the issue this time. He explained they were still training and he would make sure they did a good job. They really did!

I went to this car wash for the first time last week and was incredibly impressed. I typically get my car cleaned at a large chain carwash in town but have noticed lately that their detailing has become mediocre. I was SO impressed to see the car cleaners running my mats through their mat cleaner multiple times, spraying all my cars crevices with their air compressor and all around cleaning my car extremely thorough. Their attention to detail is superb and when they called me out they walked around the car and made sure I was happy with their work. I was incredibly impressed and will now be giving my service to Tidal wave. I also had the privilege of speaking to the manager, Rich. He was extremely professional and made sure I was happy with my experience and went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. I cant wait to come back and Ill be sure to share my excellent experience with my family and friends.

Coolest & best combination of fuel station, drive thru, & car wash I’ve ever been to. I live near Ronnie’s Theatre & have been driving by this plane for a month & never went until I found out a buddy of mine works here. Went there last night to fill up & prices were reasonable, went to the car wash today twice & they treat your vehicle as if it was their own.

This car wash pays more attention to detail than any other we have ever seen, and this is our 4th car wash membership with 4 different companies in St. Louis. Tidal Wave Sunset Hills really made sure our car was clean, thoroughly vacuumed, and dry inside and out. We have been there several times, and the manager, Rich, has been extremely courteous, helpful, and generally provided service which has exceeded our expectations. All the employees whom I have encountered have been friendly, hard-working, polite, and cheerful. It just makes you happy to go there which we really need today. The offerings inside are quite extensive; I was amazed to see the immense selection and variety. The store is immaculately clean, including the restrooms. So, to Rich and the employees at the Tidal Wash in Sunset Hills, I say you have nailed it! Service is perfection. Keep it up! Thank you.PS. Went in to the Lindbergh location to pick up a few things. And had an error with my card. The cashier Heidi said ohhhhhhhh man... loud enough for anyone who could have been standing there to hear her.. Seriously?!?! VERY unprofessional

This location has gone above and beyond for my husband and I to make us feel so welcome; We are truly impressed.I am an Uber driver; & The carwash aspect is above & beyond, & what is offered is better than anything else weve seen.Not only that, but the kitchen is amazing! Everything is made fresh; I have seen them rolling out the pizza dough and making the cinnamon rolls.The bathrooms are immaculate... including the store.The whole store offers so many options. Its always a very nice to visit. We are so happy we pulled in to check you guys out. 💖
