This place is very good compared to other dealers I’ve been to they actually take the time and talk with you and do very good work on them as well!!

Excellent customer service! We spent days trying to find the perfect side by side for us and some other salesmen from another place acted like we were a burden. We spoke with Tracy and he got us approved the same day! He went above and beyond to help us and he is very professional! We will buy again from this place! Go see Tracy and tell him I sent you!

I have been trying to buy parts here for the convenience . Will not EVER buy a nother thing at this place . I will start ordering and drive to Fort Smith Arkansa before I grace that door step . And we live in mounds Oklahoma ........After I paid for my part advance which took at least 3 weeks I had to keep calling about it and the when it came in and went to get it the people behind the counter laughed and said its a lay way and rude just really good place to open a parts place

Had the ATV tires I wanted at a good price. Nice people, very helpful. They are also a Mahindra tractor dealership and have implements in stock. Probably be back for that Titan 5ft brush cutter soon...

Did all transactions by telephone. Will was an excellent sales representative. He understood everything we needed on our new 6065. We never drove it, or even looked at it, but it was delivered yesterday. I got to drive it and push a few trees down along with removing two huge roks from the driveway. I am only 5 ft tall and was able to maneuver the Mahendra 6065 with ease. Financing was readily available. Yeah! We are so happy! Thank you Will for the sale. Thank you Roger for delivery. See you when we need more equipment!

Quick and efficient service on my Slingshot, staff is courteous and seem very knowledgeable.

My experience with them has not been good. We purchased the 2018 Polaris with heat and air and purchased the extended warranty.We are 100 miles away from them.Made an appointment with them a week ahead of time to have a part put on ours from a recall Polaris had.The day of our appointment we arrived to have it done.They put our part on another ones Polaris and did not have the part for our machine.So we had to come back the next day to get ours done .Which they reordered the part for ours and got it in the next day,was done by around 2:30 the next day.Does an appointment not matter to them? Does it not matter to them how far we had to travel?

I recently had issues with a Polaris accessory that was installed on my Rzr 1000. Mark and Meghan worked diligently and quickly to correct the issue. They are great people to work with.

Danny in service has always taken good care of my Victory motorcycles. He works hard and knows his stuff because he rides them himself! I drive past another Victory Dealer to come to T&T because they are THAT good.

Took my 4 wheeler there to fix. Told them I was riding it and it just died. They called and said you need a carburetor cleaning/rebuild. So I agreed and they did the job. Then they call and say your motor is froze up which totally baffles me. Still charged me for the carburetor job. My question is how the heck did they diagnose I needed a carb job without ever turning the key. Then when I pick it up I’m left to load it by myself and When I get home I notice there is no air cleaner and no spark plug. Very upset and disappointed. Shabby workmanship at best. 0 rating as far as I’m concerned.

Was not happy with the service here was completely ignored during my visit.. Yes they had some kind of employee pep rally going on but still to not even acknowledge a paying customer... Will not go back..

The employees who work here are more than amazing. While on several trips to figure out what equipment worked best for my family the men that helped us were polite, responsive, knowledgeable, accommodating and tolerant of my 3 year old son and his desire to touch every single piece of merchandise on the show room floor, which by the way was very clean as were the restrooms. The offices were all organized and well kept, after being in accounting for 15 years cleanliness and organization is something I notice right off the bat. Once it was time to buy the finance part was fast and we left with our stuff after they had the service department do a courtesy once over to ensure it was upto speed, which is done with anything that leaves their facility. They were not only nice to us, but every other person I watched come and go. They didnt try to sell us things and accessories we didnt need or want, we didnt feel pushed at all. Over all our expectations were met and exceeded.

The guys are very knowledgeable about all the equipment they have. They take care of all my motorcycle needs, whether it is general upkeep or locating and sometimes making discontinued parts.
