12 hours after buying a used car I had serious issues. The guys at The Service Department identified my car problems and gave me excellent advice. They got me in immediately and were kind and courteous. Unfortunately, they couldn’t fix my problem, but they made the repairs they could and had me on the road free of charge in only an hour.Thank you, I seriously appreciate you all!

I first went to another shop for engine replacement which I had a horrible experience with. Wesley and his guys had to fix several things that the other shop did wrong. The engine lasted 1500 miles so this time I went to Wesley. I had a budget I could not exceed and he ended up getting everything done under the budget! The other shop ended up installing my clutch backwards and Wesley informed me and installed it correctly, it feels amazing now. He also gapped my spark plugs at what I wanted. Very easy to work with and super professional; and gets straight to the point. Im glad I could find a shop I can take my car to and trust them with it from now on out without being lied to and taken advantage of! Definitely recommend!

They are absolutely the best! Oil change in and out in 20 minutes! The young man at the desk was amazing! The tech was professional times 10!!

I went in to see if they could find out what was causing a rattle in my car I had been to 2 other places and no one could find what was causing the rattle.One of The service Departments mechanics drove my car and came back to put it on one of there lifts and went right to the problem, it was the catalytic converter making all the rattling, They are going to try and find one for my 16 year old car and hopefully replace it 😀👍

This is a great service place. As a woman I was very comfortable speaking with the owners. The staff is very helpful. Very clean place. Nice staff.

I just want to say I appreciate this business and how they will go above & beyond the normal standards.I came in with a blinking oil light and left with a smile. They changed my oil, checked for leaks, and talked me through the process of everything they were checking to see what the issue was. Very well run business. I would recommend it to anyone I know.

Called a week a head of time to schedule all filters and drums brakes to get done. They scheduled and informed me that I could drop the vehicle off the night before. I called the next morning to ensure the security of the vehicle and the key had been received when I was asked if I would like to schedule a day this week. Puzzled I told them I had and today was the day we agreed upon and that is when they checked their books. 730 AM. I called at 3pm on the same day to see if it was ready and was given the excuse the wrong part was ordered and they had to keep it overnight and it would be done the next morning. After calling today I just received my truck at 330 pm. It took two days and was a major inconvenience having to negate plans based on their time issues. Not impressed with service or timely ness. I am hoping I have no issues with the vehicle.

Took my car in for an overheating problem, they replaced the radiator, radiator fan, and thermostat over a course of 3 different times I had to take it in, after I got it out the 3rd time when they told me they couldn’t find an issue I found my transmission line leaked from a nut they failed to tighten all the way, I’m still having isssues with my car, and I spent over $1000, achieved nothing, I complained and didn’t get anything back besides attitude

Owner/Manager was friendly, however the inexperienced kid doing my oil change overfilled by 1 & 1/2 qts, had to drain the excess.Ill stick with Mid-Town Diesel.
