Theyre the worst! They like to pull the switch and bait and add on a bunch of fees and extras.Im extremely disappointed in their customer service as well.

I have bought 3 phones in 2 weeks there with the help from Tara, she is kind and friendly and very knowledgeable with the phones there. She helped me to understand my new phones and set them up for me. She transferred every one of my contacts one by one. She went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of every time I went in there. I think she would make a great manager. I tell all my friends to go with Metro and to ask for Tara

Awful and lazy customer service. Manager doesn’t know what they’re doing and paid little to no attention while “helping” us.

I wish I could leave a 0 star review the manager here is rude and hateful. She didnt want to help and said figure it out yourself . will not be using metro anymore I think ill switch to cricket!

Inside the store is usually ok its the automated service that is always ridiculous to deal with it sucks real bad.

Worst service ever the manager was rude and arrogant I’m writing this to as a warning do no go here if you want to be talked to like a person I was treated like a nuisance for even opening the door

The store was very clean and stocked well with all the latest phones and accessories. The staff specifically Jamie is very welcoming and friendly. Greeting every customer with a smile. Jamie knowledge of the products and services offered was beyond expectations. I will continue to do business and send others to this metro location.

The girl is by herself on busy days, doesnt know what shes doing. Always has to call someone for help. They never have change to conduct business.

Now my local go to Metro and every time has been pleasant. Staff is knowledgeable and willing to give opinions when asked. Never been in the store for more than fifteen minutes due to their efficiency. Top honors in solutions of any size so far.

This is good phone service. It could be simpler to get your question answered. Employees may tell you something different every time you ask a question. Fear not call customer service and they will clarify it.(;

Didnt tell us until after our phones were set up for service that they were out of screen protectors. In which we need bc we have a 1 year old.....so now 2 days later phone gets dropped and is now cracked...this could of been prevented had they of had the accessories for the phones they sold us...I had my last phone for OVER a year and it got dropped numerous times but had a screen protector....the phone looks brand fu@&ing new bc it had that accessory on it....now even tho we have insurance, we have to come up with an additional $50 for deductible to replace my new phone after already giving them $200 just 48 hrs ago, bc of THEYRE mistake of having NO ACCESSORIES.....this is some fu@&into BS.....
