Place is great .. very helpful and friendly.

Terrible service. Payed to have a painting my grandmother made for me shipped to Colorado. They mislabeled the package and sent it to the wrong person ( the store was not busy when we dropped off). They were able to retrieve the package but it took several calls to reach them and make sure they were sending it to the correct address. The person in charged sounded completely inept and after two weeks we decided to just pick the painting up and I will drive down personally to retrieve. If you need something shipped and care about the package DO NOT take it to this UPS. Drive to Tulsa and ship it from there.

I went into the store. They were very busy. I was next in line. The manager then saw a friend walk in and decided to serve them ahead of me. She took her own sweet time. I left. I would never recommend this store.

So I had such a horrible experience at the Tulsa Hills location. I drove to Sapulpa Ups Store 3 times now. Helpful efficient and kind. I have emailed screen shots of labels and on my way. Very little charge.So kind and helpful.Thanks guys!

I patiently waited 15 minutes while they were helping someone else in front of me. I tried to return an item from amazon and they said they cannot scan a barcode to return the item and i had no way of emailing it to them. They had no desire to help me in any way

Everytime Ive gone in the employees have always been very polite and have helped with everything I have needed.

Had four gifts to mail. The clerk got the names, addresses, and gifts mixed up. Glad I caught that! Quoted $16.04 as the price to mail one gift. BUT...that price did not include box NOR did it include packaging peanuts and supplies such as tape. None of that is mentioned. So if your box is say $5.39....you are actually charged $10.78 on top of the $16.04! And I question whether at least two of my gifts even need peanuts. They fit the box perfectly and were throw blankets which wouldnt need peanuts any way. Be forewarned, it is not a what I would call reputable.

Ive only had to use this place a couple of times, but I really love the effort they went through to help me get something fragile shipped safely. Highly recommend this store.

Today the owner of the UPS Store at 1006 Taft in Sapulpa locked the door on several customers attempting to send Christmas gifts to their families at 2:30 pm, which is over an hour early. When we knocked, she rudely gestured to us to get out. I will not be returning to this establishment and urge others to find alternate means as well. Thanks for nothing on Christmas Eve.

I dont understand how these people keep their jobs.
