I love Publix they have people working everywhere, and those people are pleasant and want to help you find what you are looking for. Its clean and unlike the big W they have a vast variety to choose from. The only downfall is we pay a higher price for this. Thank you for a pleasant place to shop.

Publix is well stocked, clean and I love the environment. No long lines and the employees were very nice and courteous. It costs a little more but its a much better shopping experience. Their deli, bakery and meats are a delight. I wish I had more money to spend here.

Coti was busy stocking shelves when I asked for help. She very politely stopped what she was doing to help me find some very unusual medical ointment. It turns out that your store does carry it and I would have never found it on my own.

Rating this five stars because they have a salad bar, sushi and exotic fruits here. This is my go to place when I am too broke to eat out at a restaurant but want to cook something exotic at home for cheaper.

Publix is always clean & organized as well as adequately stocked unlike Walmart. Personnel are polite & very helpful to assist. My store of choice since I need help loading my groceries. They always have time to help me. I dont have to go looking for someone to take my groceries out. Thank you, Publix.

The atmosphere is Always very Pleasant. The Brownsugar marinated salmon is a weekly staple for me..And my family and I love their wings and fresh fruit.

Super clean and all employees were welcoming. Great variety of refrigerated ready to cook meals and meals for one as well. Great sandwich and salad assortments for quick lunches. Deli chicken is delicious and the produce is fresh looking.

Clean, service at hot serve deli section was SLOW. Was more interested in chit chatting with one other customer than serving the 5 -6 people in line behind that.

Took my niece for sushi (excellent).There was one draw back went to the bakery for morons. Suggestion wrap them in the pink paper before placing in the plastic container. Little ones like bright colors. 🌞

Only ran into get flowers and unfortunately thats the only reason Ive ever been in there. But let me tell you this. The guy who was in the flower department on Mothers day was awesome. Here Im waiting for make 2 arrangements out of 6 different bundles. How long have you been doing this? Have you ever thought about doing this full/part time before? Awesome brother after telling people about the experience I might have to start shopping there more often. Solely based on that one gentleman.

Ordered a cake for my daughter’s graduation party. When I got there to pick it up, the cake wasn’t ready yet. I had mentioned that I had to be at the venue in the next 30 minutes and they offered to deliver the cake to me so I wouldn’t have to come back or try to find someone to pick it up. Rose was awesome for bringing the cake to us! Best service ever and the cake was delicious!

They were out of a lot of stuff: juices; shredded cheese; Publix brand ice cream sandwiches & cones; & some other things. I love Publix & this is very unusual!

Very poor Customer Service! So I ask for cash back $50. I get home and a $20 bill stuck in the middle has the conner torn off. So next time I have a chance to take it back for exchange they say they cant except it. And pretty much call me a liar that I didnt get it their. Now I spend anywhere from $500 to $700 a month @ Publixs. So they just lost all that money over $20 bill.

What a great chain of supermarkets! No matter what state im in the stores are always neat clean & fully stocked. And the workers are always ready to assist me with a smile.

Publix in Saraland is the only store I will grocery shop at. Their staff is the bomb. Everyone is super nice and very professional.

Publix Super Market is very nice store to shop although, somewhat expensive but they have a variety of things to chose from.I had a long doctor visit that day, I was starving. So, just around the corner and there they were. Im loving the new Saraland location and convenience too.

Staff was really great and friendly and rooms were clean. There are electrical problems evident by inconsistent lighting and flickering. Not the staffs fault. Its an owner heads up thing, fix it for the safety of your guests, plskrhx.

As far as Im concerned Publix is one of the finest grocery stores in supermarkets that I have ever shopped at their prices are reasonable and the quality of their product is outstanding not to mention the customer service which is absolutely extraordinary I cannot say anything in a higher praise than I already have.

BOGO is the way to go here, and then it is a good value. Makes it easy to try new or iffy products. Youre paying for the fancy floors, better trained people, specialty inventory, lovely landscaping and parking lot. Small, tight spaces inside that gives that old fashioned grocery store feel. Gets quite congested bc there just isnt enough room especially around the checkouts. Lovely little floral area. This one doesnt have a dining area for the deli and prepared foods section unless I just missed it.

Great place to get groceries for our stay on Dauphin island. Right off the Interstate and only 45 minutes from Dauphin island.Associates were friendly and offered a help us take the groceries to the car.

Always a wonderful place to shop. The employees are very nice and always around. The store and bathrooms are clean and smell nice. Plus a very wide selection of things. They can be a little pricey, but I feel like Im ok with that because its a nice shopping experience.
