Nice friendly clean store. Only wish they had more registers open at times

I picked up a order in the pick up line for my daughter. It was so quick and easy I couldnt believe it!!It was my first time ever using, or going to the pick up center. It was a trip, no doubt!Im not a upper class person, but if I were in a hurry I would use this service provided its free. I have no idea??My daughter certainly would, and Im going to recommend Walmart pick up because of the friendly service, convenience, and speed. Thanks Dusty

Big shout out to my favorite Walmart! Im so proud to say they are the best. They provided absolute ease for my babies as they awaited getting their first COVID-19 vaccines. I approached the cashier at the pharmacy after signing my children in for their shots and asked how much longer would it be just so I could keep them at ease and right away she asked the tech who would administer the shots and he responded right away. As he was finishing the preparations for their shots she immediately offered them snacks and soda while they were waiting. The tech who came to administer their tests was very efficient when giving them their shots oh and did I mention they were super busy and still as always FRIENDLY!

Walmart is doing OK I guess. 👍 The only issue Ive had as of lately is the lady in the money center wears gloves that she doesnt change between customers so shes transferring germs between every customer shes seen that day. I get trying to protect yourself, but you also have to look out for the people who you serve. Thats why I gave them 3 stars. All the ladies who wear the yellow vest are super stars though. Love them to pieces! Also a few of the ladies who have worked there 5 plus years are outstanding. Ive had a few of them as customers at a resturaunt I used to manage. Great crew. Just keep the couple bad ones checked.

Got to shop my I charged my car!! Win win! Easy to get to while traveling.

Overall just another Walmart supercenter they didnt have any electric chairs available at the time song or broke down two arent charged

Nice visit. I used the motorized cart and was able to get around in the store with little trouble. Store staff were friendly and very helpful. Shelves had few products but staff were busy restocking shelves. I plan to come back here again soon.

The way the alcohol section is designed and laid out is literal perfection. Ive never had such an easy time browsing the alcohol section in a Walmart. The other stores need to have the same layout this one has.

This was the Walmart located in Saraland! Clean & actually had different items than the one I frequent. Used the self checkout. All was good

The employees half heartly assist when you asked for assistance and generally dont givea dam if you shop or come back to store.Employees spend more time in conversation with other employees than assisting customers.

Compared to other Walmarts in Mobile this one in Saraland does not have a good selection of products.

No buggys!!! Had to go back out and get my own. No one available for 5 minutes to reset the scanner so I could finish checking out.

I have nothing negative about the WALMART STORE here in Saraland. All the staff are friendly and just about everything I need they have it as long as I come in a morning. Without the staff, I realized how awful the shelves were looked like just like the few times I was there. I just wish all their pastries and cookies are less sweet. I give it a 5STARS coz I am happy with the store.

This Walmart is ok. Just to many employers getting all up in your business... I understand people still and all but not me baby so they need to stay up in their own or in peoples that are actually stealing so at the most three stars.

ALWAYS check your box before you leave! This walmart constantly sells me faulty products that have obviously been used, returned because its broken, and then they PUT IT BACK ON THE SHELVES. The manager is nice, im not sure if he knows whats going on in his store but this is horrendous. Never buy anything electronic here without keeping the receipt strapped to you as they refuse returns without the receipt and 8/10 the product is broken. Dont buy anything that could be broken.

No one answers phones over there hardley.the lines are long bc their are very little cashiers.i guess they want us to do the self check out.they need to pay us if we gonna work there checking our own gerocieres out and baging them.

This is one of the few Walmart stores that still carry African American Fiction. I stop by every time I visit Mobile. Sadly the last couple of times, I couldnt find anything interesting to me. Hopefully, theyll have a better selection the next time.

Its Walmart. Never enough registers open. If you ask for help, you either get attitude or they just act like they cant help. And I cant remember a time where they actually had everything I was looking for.

Only one checkout counter open. Walmart takes for granted that we will keep coming back no matter how they treat us. Target is not nearly this bad. Twenty minutes I have been waiting. I decided to go to Target. They should give ten percent off for self check. It would equal only part of what they are saving by making customers use self check.

Be mindful, every walmart is about the same when it comes to customer service. But I was pleasantly surprised when I visited this location. Some Employees were willing to help you find your product and will advise on alternatives if your item cant be found. This was my case, every case will be different.

Called the store wanting only to know if there were any full sized bed frames in stock. Talked to three different people and the fourth time I was transferred I was hung up on. Congrats Walmart great customer service...

Its still the number one go to for all your home and garden essentials. Not to mention automotive needs as well. Still a curtious and professional staff. All that said, wt*#@$ is going on with the constant moving and removing of your products??? Yes placement is a key facyor in your sales but come on, i get lost looking for toothpaste every other week. But anywhoo, other than that, Mr. Walton would be proud!!!

I visited the Saraland store in hopes of finding 2 tires that I could afford. Well the nice lady with the red glass was extremely helpful. I felt so defeated but her cheery attitude brightened my day. Especially since she found 2 tires I could afford😁😁😁

The grocery pickup is a joke. It wasn’t ready when it said it would be. Then when it finally said it was ready, we got there and checked in but it took them more than 30 minutes to bring our our groceries. The employee was nice and I know it wasn’t his fault, but the online shopping department is incredibly mismanaged. If it says it is ready, it damn well should be ready. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t do curbside pickup unless you enjoy sitting in the sweltering heat, wasting your gas trying to avoid having a heat stroke.

Deli closed at 5 on a Friday afternoon. Shelves were empty in several key items. Not a mask in sight during a pandemic. Won’t be back to this location.

Stocking team two didnt even have mask on. However Victoria who checked me out saved the visit by doing an excellent job

Hello people went to Walmart and the first thing was there was so many people there couldnt find a place to park so we finally found a parking space we went in to get school uniforms for my son for school he is in high school we looked for 30 minutes trying to find any kind of uniforms and nothing no school uniforms and a lot of people was not wearing mask and were alot of people in the store we were so disappointed then we head to another Walmart at shillengers Rd and airport to see if they had uniforms same thing people with no mask on and no school uniforms and an awful lot of people in the store we are just about to stop going to the walmarts anymore they should care more about the people who shop there and definitely should have school uniforms for the kids to go to school

The employees could be a little friendlier

Walmart is trash. Employees are rude and care nothing about helping or doing their job. Only there to collect a paycheck. Never have more than 1 checkout lane open, its all self check. Wheres my paycheck then?

As most Walmart supercedes they have just about anything one needs most of the time. I just wish they had friendlier staff and cleaner restrooms. All in all the store is pretty clean it is about an eighty six percent on being clean. And the staff Is about 90 % friendly. Thats about all I can say

Paid for gas, rode off and forgot it! Got back and the girl at Murphys had my money still!! Really grateful she gave it back! Nowadays people arent honest like that!

This Wal-Mart was very clean. I go to it occasionally when the ones nearer my home dont have a product I want. I liked that it was arranged similarly to the one I usually shop in; it as easy to go right to the item I was looking for.

Absolutely sold out of every kind of Valentine Chocolate and the Card isle was incredibly small with no selection except for Husbands cards. I blame myself for being a last minute shopper... this store continuously meets and exceeds the demands for our ever growing area!! Thanks to the Management and All the Employees for their hard work at keeping the shelves stocked. I Dont Blame Walmart for my lack of preparedness and late shopping.Many Thanks to the Team that keeps our area supplied!!

Walmart in Saraland now bullying customers into paying by credit/debit only.I was unable to pay cash for only one item unless I stood in line with 80 others @ONE register line for the entire store. All other registers were credit debit only. Being MAD I went elsewhere. I hate walmart being bully and monopoly!

Im not a fan of Walmart but even this one was above and beyond unreasonable... My cashier was making a phone call during the transaction.. Inventory was no better... I dont expect much from them and this is why

I should not give one star apparently this Wal-Mart does not like to take cash. We tried to do the self check out because there was only one register open but when we tried to self checkout not one of the registers would except cash. We did purchase two laptops the price was 179.00 for each that is not a sale price or anything when the cashier was checking us out instead of getting a discount for purchasing more than one (not that we were expecting one) she told us the first one was 179.00 but the second one was going to be 189.00. Kind of confused on that all i can say is this trip to this Wal-Mart was not a good one....

Was looking for cover for phone. They dont keep a very good stock of covers. But the lady in electronics was very nice and helpful

Wal Mart is all ways one of my favorite places to shop .but I did get a little upset because I wanted a necklace from the jewelry department and my husband come back and said the lady said they closed at 700pm nobody come over and tried to help us are anything&I couldnt believe the store wal mart its self.was open but the Jewelry Department is closed .and I have seen its closed and a management come over and seal you what ever it is your wanting. But what Im trying to say is I cant wait till things get back to normal.

I went there today, Sunday and the shelves were sparse. It looked like a hurricane was coming. Many things I wanted were not available. Perhaps you would do well to shop somewhere else.

Its Walmart, I couldnt tell a difference from any other Walmart Ive been in. Extra points for having a changing table in the mens room.

Stood in line for over 40 minutes to check out. I had a business purchase and could not use self check out. They only have two cashiers. I called customer service and was told that they are only allowed to have two cashiers. There is no way that you could make it out of the store with frozen foods without them being ruined. This is a ridiculous way to run a business. I will drive out of my way before I darken the doors of the store again. Walmart should seriously rethink this policy.

Quick friendly service.

Unusual to see this Wal-Mart in this condition! Every department I went to was a disaster! Like there was an emergency run on EVERYTHING! The parking lot was full of carts and trash when I got there, around 11:45-12:00 midnight, and worse when I left after 3:00 a.m.! Unreal! Seemed to be a total lack of supervision and awareness of these issues! Sorry, guys! Ive noticed this progressing this direction for the last several months! Get it together!! ***For the record, this was quite a while back, at least a year or more because its pre Covid. I have not been here in many months, probably over a year?? Those times are from when we had our 24 hour Wal-Mart (leaving at 3 a.m.). Havent had 24 hour in over a year now. Just saying this review is old and I have not been there in a while! Thats my update!!***

Seems to always be out of the things that I have been buying there for years.Various things that still have labels on the shelves. A month or 2, over Thanksgiving or Christmas, I could understand, but into February is not good.

Love the fresh produce as well as the frozen ones prices are good and I especially enjoyed the electric cart as I am physically unable to walk far this allowed me the freedom to shop for myself.THANK YOU

I honestly wish that I could rate this store a 0!!!!!! Went in the store at 9:30 to get a controller for my boyfriends xbox. They had a very small selection in which most of them where locked away. I went over to the service counter and waited along with 3 other shoppers/families for help who all said they where there for extended periods of time ranging all the way up to 40 minutes. We sat there for roughly 10 minutes for help before someone finally showed up. He informed us that he had just clocked out and that it wasnt his problem or job to find someone that could help. Within the next 5 minutes we had over 20 employees go behind the counter to do something and none of them where willing to help us. One of which was a black lady who told us that the electronics department closed at 10. (it wasnt 10 yet). She was extremely rude.Myself and another customer walked to the front of the store to try to get this resolved and they told us that the electronics department that normally closes at 10 closed early tonight due to not scheduling someone to work there tonight and that they where unwilling to get someone in the store to help us. They where rude as well.Overall my experience at this store has been low. Tonight was the straw that broke the camels back.Please do not waist your time going to this store or your money!
