I had a 2.5” lift added to my Jeep and added wheel spacers. They ran into an issue with my rusted tie rods, which I was aware of. Not only did they do a great job with the lift and alignment, but they also had the parts in stock to replace everything that was needed. They were very knowledgeable and communicated with me several times throughout the process offering me multiple solutions. I ordered a hood through them and will have that installed. I would recommend this company and will continue to utilize them. Prices are good as well.
I had a great experience with work being done on my Jeep Gladiator at 4 Wheel Superstore. I originally brought the vehicle in for some power steps to be installed. I was impressed with the work that they did so I brought my vehicle back to have my lift kit installed. This is my 4th Jeep and I have always done the wrenching and improvements myself but after talking to Brad I knew he was knowledgeable about suspension install and tuning. The price was super reasonable as well so I had them do the work and it is perfect. Thanks to Brad and his staff!
I ordered shocks over 2 weeks ago and got an email confirming my purchase. I never received an email with any shipping info. I emailed asking for an update and have yet to receive a reply. I have called the store 3 times over the last week only to be told I would have to talk to the manager about online orders and he would have to call me back. I have asked whoever answers the phone if the manager ever works, because he can never take a call and will not call me back. Hopefully I will receive either the shocks I ordered or a refund so I can purchase from another company. I do not suggest buying anything online from this company.
I needed a leveling kit for my truck so I went in and inquired about pricing and availability. The receptionist was extremely polite and professional and informed me she couldnt price it out and I would need to talk to someone else at the shop and they were not in at the moment. She took down my number and information and informed me someone would be in contact with me. A few months later and no call, unfortunately I had to take my business elsewhere. They seem to do good work based on all the vehicles in their parking lot.
Love this shop!I am so happy! I love my lifted Jeep!!!! The employees are professional and know their stuff! There are so many wheels and tires to choose from, and they new which ones would look and work the best! They were right! I love everything about this place! I highly recommend!!!!!!
I brought my jeep in for a lift kit wheels and tires. Everybody in the shop was extremely pleasant especially the girl at the front desk. They completed everything on time and my jeep drives great. I would recommend the shop to anybody who is looking to have work done on their jeep.
I had Oracle lights installed in my Gladiator today. They did an amazing job...very happy with them! Customer service was top notch...looking forward to new tires and rims in a few weeks! Thanks again!
I had my Ram truck in for lift and tires.. Everything was wrong and had to take it to another shop to have it done right.. The owner gave the same excuse that is already posted about a bad employee that they fired.. Terrible place do deal with... Don’t take your vehicle here.. find somewhere else.. Run from this place as fast and as far away as possible.. I sure the owner “Brad” will reply with the same BS as all the other negative reviews.. I have the bills from the shop that had to fix everything this place did to prove my point...
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!I called this place about my 13 JKU. There was a clunking in the front end and a death wobble. Dropped the jeep off on Tuesday. Shop foreman called me on Wed and said they found a few loose bolts and to come check it out. I drove there Wed afternoon only to find out, the shop had not even test driven the vehicle to duplicate the sound. I decided to give it some more time as I thought they were the jeep experts. I requested they keep it one more day. I was baffled but I specifically said, please drive to duplicate. Additionally, I requested for a quote for new steering components and a better quality lift kit. Shop said they would call me at 8am the next day with prices and what they found.Fast forward to 8am, then 9am, finally by lunch time, I decided to call. Front desk said they would call me back. Few minutes later the shop owner called me back. Terrible customer service, changing stories and just unbelievable. The owner preceded to tell me they do not work on that type of stuff. I asked, why would your front desk and your shop foreman tell me that they “repair” jeeps and work on death wobble.I asked the owner if they had driven the vehicle. His response was no. Once again, I questioned how do you diagnose without driving the vehicle to see the sounds and feel what it is doing. This is pretty common at every shop to test drive. The shop owner also said they agreed to take mine in because other places do not know jeeps. Let me tell you, if you need anything outside of working on a brand new jeep installing wheels, this place does not work on jeeps either.I came back to shop again to pick up the jeep. The owner was gone and I requested that the owner call me back to discuss what I believe is the truth. If you cannot find the problem, own up to it and say sorry, we tried but could not find it. Instead the owner said it was too rusted, which mind you all the components have been replaced in the last few months. No surprise but the owner did not call back.I do NOT recommend doing business with this place. At the end of the day, you want to make sure your vehicle is in qualified hands.
We brought our 2017 Jeep in to be repaired, it needed front and back axles they had the parts the next day and finished all under 24 hours.i was very impressed with the work that they completed and they even Called the next week to bring the Jeep back in to make sure everything looks good. I highly recommend if you need any work done to your jeep or truck to see these guys. The person I worked with is the Brad and mike they are very knowledgeable.
I went and had a new grill and bumper fog lights put on they did such a wonderful job my jeep looks great I highly recommend 4 wheel super store very very nice people knowledgeable. 👍
Great experience here! Had my own wheels and tires that are bigger than OEM. Had questions as well as needed a few parts and install.Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful. He got me in quick and provided professional service! No questions I will have my Jeep here for anything I need. Thanks again
I bought and had installed my soft top from 4 Wheel SS on my 2017 tricked out jeep Wrangler A jeep that is garage kept and has less than 10,000 miles in almost four years. When the top began to fall apart in a matter of months, I went back and Mike told me, No problem, well order a new one. Now three weeks later Im told by some one named Brad (maybe the owner) We fired Mike and theres nothing we can do! You want honesty and a company that stands behind their product and work, GO SOMEPLACE ELSE. Youve been warned.and their response: Blah, Blah, Blah. They told me my warranty ended when I drove off the lot. Refusing any offer other than replacement is a flat out lie. NOTHING was offered. Read between the lines, if it comes between customer service and profit, they will take the low road everytime. The solution for my problem was to fire the guy that was going to help and tell me, too bad, so sad, he doesnt work here anymore.
Brought in my F-250 to get wheels installed. Was talked into a lift kit by shop manager so the front tires would no longer hit my bumper. Which he suggested as the solution mind you. I get the truck back two days later and the tire rubs as soon as I turn off the lot. Not to mention no alignment was done. So I keep my truck for a week, they recommended in order to allow time to adjust shocks. Fine. In that week the shocks started squeaking so bad I could here them with my radio on. I take it back up there and they give it back to me a few hours later stating it’s done. WRONG. Alignment still not done, and guess what else????? SHOCKS STILL SQUEAKING!!! I proceeded to take it up there three different times and still the problem is not fixed. I had to take it to another shop to identify the issue. Take it back to this shop for them to fix because I paid a lot of money for there service. My truck still is not right. Alignment still wasn’t done on my truck and now something else is making a noise. Called and left a message for owner to return my call and still have heard nothing back. AMATEURS!!!! Knowledge is lacking. Avoid like the plague.
I don’t have enough words to tell you how great this store is. The staff is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They take the time to get to know your needs and wishes then make them happen. They don’t just talk the talk. They walk the walk. They work on their own vehicles on site, experimenting with new products. So when they recommend something, it comes from experience and knowledge, not just words from a catalog. They never tire of my constant questions. I am so pleased with the transformation of my Willy’s that I feel I should have a plaque put on her that says “ Jeep By Sean “ !! Many thanks to all at the 4 Wheel Drive Superstore ! See you again soon. Gail
This is a great shop! It is the only dedicated 4x4 parts and accessories shop with a full retail store in town . You need to travel over an hour away to find something similar. The pricing is comparable to anything found online but with the added ability to see and touch it before buying. They will install anything they sell. We have purchased numerous items, all of which are quality name brands, including Teraflex, Poison Spider, Rugged Ridge, Rubicon Express, and more.I highly recommend checking them out!
Knowledgeable and helpful. Gave me a great quote on wheels, tires and services. Better prices than I found online. I look forward to working with them to hook up my Jeep! 😊
Best in town nobody comes even close to them.
I stopped by here on a weekend and was not impressed with the selection as well as the prices that were on their products. They do sell some quality brands but are marked up more than you would find on manufacture websites.I know the “owner”, will reply so before he says anything about supporting local businesses. I have supported a local business for my 2018 Jeep spending roughly $15,000 in just a couple months on custom work with a local well known shop that. Out of respect for this company I will not name the shop I use. I am not being biased or persuaded by anyone to write this review. Take it as constructive criticism or don’t.That being said, I was shocked to see low budget accessories and lights on the shelves. I went in ready to spend money but was turned off by the quality of some of the products.Staff seemed semi nice. I was speaking to an associate about some products and he did not seem too knowledgeable. Understandable, we all have to learn. What frustrates me is that another associate, maybe the owner assisted the guy but never introduced himself.Overall I give this shop a 2 out of 5 stars. I think the staff needs some work. The prices certainly need readjusted if your going to be competitive in this area and the owner needs to be an owner. I won’t go into detail with our phone conversation but not everyone who comes into your shop is incompetent. Some are just looking to do business with good people. Take some of this advice or again, don’t. I hope this company progresses in the right direction.EDITED To Respond to the owners reply - I am not the husband of whoever wrote the other review. Get your facts straight. It’s pathetic to see my review being falsely represented. I wrote this review based on MY EXPIERENCE. This is a real review not drama from from one of your other customers. Changing from a 2 to a 1 star just based on the reply as that is very immature. Good luck growing a business with that attitude.
Amazing place. They really care about making sure the work is done right. They honestly care about you and your vehicle. Very trustworthy place. Highly recommend.
By far the cleanest and most well stock shop I have been into in Sarasota, particularly for Jeep Wrangler owners. Friendly, very well educated staff offered excellent advice. Installation of customizations available on site. Much better than visiting the local Jeep dealer. A must see for Jeep owners.
(Edit to reply- NO, I HAVE IDENTIFIED THE CORRECT BUSINESS. Red J/K out front with the rooftop tent. Yeah, that’s you. Yes you had a few lift kits on the wall, that’s what I was there to buy! I am new to the area and was hoping to find a Mom-n-Pops shop other than 4WP, I’ll keep looking and talking to people, no worries)Apparently wanting to purchase and install a lift isn’t worth the owners time... If he would have given me a competitive number (to 4WP in Tampa, shouldn’t be hard to meet, beat or come close enough to avoid the drive) or even a number at all, I would have pulled the trigger on the spot. I wasn’t shopping for information, I was shopping for a shop! I WAS SHOPPING YOU! He gave non-subsidence, politician answers to my questions between 2 kits he carries (I already know, I was testing your perspective) and gave 0 factual information. Either he didn’t care or didn’t know. This is the place if you want RGB lights or 24s for a JK though! 🙄.
This is not 4 Wheel Parts. They ripped off the name and style to pass then self off as something they are not.
Stopped in today. the young man recognized my rubicon from it being at a dealership! very friendly, informative staff that want to help and make your off road experiences a reality. cant wait to go back!
This crew knows Jeeps! They care about your satisfaction, and do excellent work! Im super happy with these guys! Ill be back for my next upgrade!
Worst experience of my life. Do not recommend this shop for ANY reason
Owner is not nice ... Brad
The first time I brought my ‘16 JKU to this store I believe he is the owner straight out refused to install my RGB color changing lights then tried to sell me on other things. So I gave him a second try on something so little and should be easy to fix my tire gate is squeaking and I believe I need a rubber ring in the tire gate size but he refused to help me again! He asked me what brand and when I told him my husband bought it on eBay he said I can’t help you I only deal with top end. Ok well top end is sold on eBay and Amazon I paid a lot for this bumper/tire gate set and he treated me like I was not worthy of a customer. Wouldn’t even come out to look at the problem. I would NEVER try them again. I take all my stuff to SRQ Customs now and so does my husband who has a ‘17 JKU also and we will continue with them only. Jeep world is extremely small and huge with friends and people talk. Sucks this place has crappy ownership.
I would seriously not recommend this store to anyone.
