Melissa is exquisite, her knowledge and willingness to deep dive into issues to get to the source of the problem, which is akin to something out of “A Beautiful Mind”, found a recall issue before my Hyundai dealership did. You can tell those kids went to mechanic school virtually. Her disapproving glance as she saw and changed my cabin air filter has launched my campaign into becoming a better person. I will be better. I’m so sorry.

First and foremost, I would like to acknowledge that I have never been more impressed with an auto service in my entire life.From the first phone call with Melissa, she was able to interpret what I, someone who knows nothing of cars, was saying about my issues with my vehicle and was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain why these issues could be happening. She then preceded to set up an appointment to see my vehicle the next day, which I was very impressed with.When I arrived for my appointment Melissa was kind and welcoming. She then proceeded to run diagnostics on my vehicle and informed me of a service bulletin that was never brought to my attention by my dealership. In my concern and frustration, Melissa advised me on how I should handle the situation, rather than just giving me little information and taking my money. I was extremely astonished with how much knowledge she was willing to give.Long story short, Melissa helped me save thousands of dollars. My experience with the shop was phenomenal. I have been utilizing the services of Albrecht Service for going on a year now. Their customer service is top-notch and their way of doing business is unmatched. My daughter is in high school and was given a 2001 Jeep Wrangler so that she may be able to commute to and from school and work. As a parent, you want to know that your child is safe at all times, especially in a vehicle. Melissa has always definitively identified the problem at hand and has never tried to fix more than what was exactly needed. I absolutely love the service and knowledge from Albrechts. I always feel confident when taking my car in for any issue (and there have been a lot) that I will get an honest answer and repairs for the most affordable price. The owners take the time to explain the issue going on and what the fix is. I even travel from Palmetto to Sarasota to get my car serviced here.

The care that is exhibited with my vehicle is exemplified in many ways. With routine maintenance, any emergencies that might come up and even just adjusting my tire pressure. A friend recommended Albrechts Repair Service and I am so very happy she did. I have an older car and recently had a couple of severe problems. However going to Albrechts was an easy solution. The car was fixed in a day or so both times and the prices were very fair. I have been driving for over 50 years and going to shops occasionally when problems come up.......and I must say this shop with Melissa and her master mechanic father is the best experience I have had.......they are Honest and Fair priced and very, very Good..........

This is an amazing family-owned mechanic shop that really gets the job done perfectly AND more than fairly priced every time! Less than a 30 second conversation and felt like they hate there job and are just there to make money not to help you. She was very straight forward which I appreciate, however I am in similar business and if I was the way they where Id be going out of business.

I dont write many reviews, only when I feel it absolutely warrants it. Ive been a resident of Sarasota for 24 years and have used a number of auto repair shops, both dealership and independent, and I can say hands down that Albrecht Service is EXTREMELY knowledgeable across the a wide range of makes and models of vehicles out there, are honest about any work to be performed and their price is extremely fare.Ive been taking all my vehicles to them for over 8 years, never once have I ever had a bad experience with work done or fees charged. Not to say that there havent been times when something didnt turn out the way I expected, i.e. they replaced my struts in a Volvo and a few weeks later one of them developed a noise when driving down the road. It was intermittent and didnt happen unless the car had been driven for a while. They listened to me, produced the issue after driving it themselves a number of times and in the end ordered a new strut and replaced it no charge to me.If you are the type of person that understands repairing vehicles can at times be complicated and are looking for an honest shop that will ALWAYS treat you fare and communicate in a respectful manner - this is it.
