We waited to write a review until after we slept on the mattress for a while. We have the FXI Eco 3 mattress. It is the 12 mattress that they have. We waited to make sure it was really as good as we had heard. Well, after a year of sleeping on the new mattress... AMAZING!!!!! I would recommend this mattress to everyone. Perfect bounce back without compromising the comfort. Our 5 kids love our mattress so much, they try to find excuses to sleep in our room. Hahahah! I guess it it time to get them their own. If you are looking for a great mattress, consider these guys. They were honest and extremely helpful in helping pick the correct mattress for our needs.

We have the Eco 12 in our master bedroom and we LOVE this mattress. It is extremely comfortable and just what we needed. The best part was how easy the process was. We ordered and it was to our door in a week. The folks at the store were so friendly and extremely helpful in guiding us in which mattress would be the best for us. Some friends introduced us to them a while ago and we have purchased other items from their furniture showroom, but this was our first mattress from them. Marcus and Pamela are the most friendly and welcoming people. From the moment we went in, they were helping and accommodating to our needs. Great family owned business, so you know you will get personal attention. They have been there for over 20 years. The part that sold me on the Eco mattress was that it is a natural product based mattress and made to order. It isnt sitting pre-made losing viscosity in a warehouse somewhere for months. But when I ordered it, they made it and you can tell by the way expanded as was unwrapped. No dents, no caved edges, a perfect mattress. I have had a couple of other memory foam mattresses and they didnt always expand all the way. So, I was pleasantly surprised when this one went up all the way and did it pretty quick. All that to say, great people, great store, great products! I highly recommend them and getting a mattress from these guys! :)

I was told these mattresses have a 10 year warranty, no sagging, no need to even flip it. After 16 mos the mattress sags terribly. I flipped it, it doesn’t matter. It is the cause of daily back pain. I have been calling this company for A YEAR, emailing, and utilizing their “live chat” which is just goes to email and NO ONE has responded. Every time I call I get what sounds like someone’s home answering machine even during posted open hours. The mattress is terrible but the dishonest company is worse- they intentionally take advantage of folks like me. They should be ashamed. Do not buy this mattress and do not purchase from eco mattress store.

The highest quality furniture and accessories around, and the most down to earth, and pleasant people. They were extremely helpful in addressing my needs. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for all your help.

I heard about the Sarasota Collection through people that I work with so I wanted to check them out. I was a little intimidated at first but after sitting down with Pam and Marcus, I was made to feel right at home. These guys will work with you no matter what the project. I cant say enough good things about them or their quality of furniture. Please check them out for yourself, you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I bought a mattress from this company and they were very helpful and sweet until after we received the shipment home with the wrong base. Immediately their tone changed, the owner was never there to receive our calls and he never returned our calls. Finally after I kid you not.....two months of having to get nasty with them and after they told us lies upon lies of why they couldn’t take it back......that they finally let us return the base only in original condition. And had to buy a similar bad at another factory store.Just after a few short years. Both my husbands back and my back, we both wake us in such pain and both sides sink something terrible. there realistically are the worst mattresses on the market. I can’t wait to have the drivers to haul themOff next week when we get our new Temperpedic mattress. Do not trust this company.

Terrible experience. would never recommend doing business with this establishment. Shame on you and your company. What a waste of money only to be throwing this mattress away after just two short years.
