I ordered 4 trees ($285) from Maivangflorida.com and I received the trees in 7 days. All 4 trees are loosely packed in one small pot, and there are not enough soil. It looks like they want to save shipping cost. 2 of the 4 trees are in process of drying. I escalated by opening a claim with Paypal which I used to pay Maivangfloria. After a few days, Paypal told me to file a report with the government. This is my first time I’ve been asked to file a report with the government for an item ordered online, buyer protection??The trees I received are smaller than the ones shown on Maivangflorida website. For example, “Red water apple - Man do” is around 1 ft vs 3 ft on their website.I have not talked with maivangflorida but from the reviews online, it looks like Maivangflorida will not refund, replace or exchange. Will not buy anything from maivangflorida again!

My wax apple and key lime tree arrived today, and WOW, I was so impressed on how well they took care of packaging these trees, and I am surprised both plants are such good size, and the vibrant color of the leaves, so bright and healthy, I am so pleased ! I definitely recommend this vendor, after I’ve wasted money on others, with small unhealthy plant, you should definitely stop your searching and try this vendor.thank you Mai Vang.

First time purchasing from here and my last. Received both plants a week after. I wish I had taken pic of the box to show some damages to it. Before receiving the Plant Ngoc Lan, I had asked the owner (phone number listed on web). For instructions to care for it.His words:“ Khi ship cay ve do de trong thung nen cay Ngoc lan hoi heo la chuyen binh thuong . Mua dat vo chau tuoi nhieu nhuoc de noi ich nang cay se phuc hoi .”When receiving the plants, the leaves are wilted like he said, did what he instructed, the plant never got better. Can’t leave pix in review to show.I messaged the owner asking if he is willing to replaced the plant. He said he already did a good job caring for the plants before selling it, and it’s nothing he could do. He said: “ Chet mua cay khac”.He won’t ship out replacement saying nothing he can do, and afraid it’ll die again, or same thing would happen. BUT, if I’ll pay for it, he’d be glad to ship it for me again- not worrying that it would die again!!!$50 for a plant that is about 16-18 inches high, not like the one in picture on website (I didn’t expected it to be exact anyway.) Just a head up for those buying out of states to take pics and or just to be careful not to fall in my place!

I bought 6 different varieties of fruit tree from Maivangflorida . I bought Star gooseberry, Green wax jambu, Star fruit, Star Apple, Sugar Apple and Acerola Cherry tree . They are all beautiful and I love all of them. Thanks to Maivangflorida .

Untruthful, liar, scammer

Sang is a scammer. Sells you mai that have no roots. They inevitably die 2 weeks later. When you call him he says what are you going to do, sue me?

This is the first time I had ever bought from MAIVANGFLORIDA and the experience was wonderful. The owner Mr. Sang himself had helped me on the phone, texting, sending me images and info of the plants which I interested in. He had walked me through the whole process, explaining in details how to taking care for the plants. The plants came in great condition as in the picture, shipping is included with the price! I recommended this place for everyone. He has a variety of plants, flowers, fruits trees and so on. Thank you Mr. Sang and MAIVANGFLORIDA. Wish you Mr. Sang and Maivangflorida always success.

The first time is also the end, selling trees but not only show me how to sell trees, say everything is easy to plant and put on the ground is OK, going home 2 weeks after 10 trees I bought dead 7 called and asked Then he answered funny, if there are dead trees, we can sell trees. Why did we say it so funny, he replied if you want to ask them, people will say, Try asking Scum is what ???In short, buying and selling is not mind ....Anyone who has not had experience in planting trees should not buy it here
