Kimal Lumber is the place to go for your building supplies. Everyone there is extremely friendly and professional.I would HIGHLY recommend them

THIS PLACE WAS GOOD PLACE GET YOUR LUMBER BUT THEY SOLD THE COMPANY TO A OTHER COMPANY NOW IT HAS GONE DOWN HILL THEY ARE LAID PEOPLE OFF THAT BEEN THERE FROM THE TIME IT FIRST OPEN UP

On the website it states that the closing time is 4:30. We drove 45 minutes to arrive at 4:00 just to be told that they close at 4:00. We asked if we could please come in to make our purchase. No dice, the gentleman at the door was rude and told us that he was closed. If this is the type of customer service that this lumber yard provides I would not be comfortable purchasing any products due to this experience. My suggestion is change your website to reflect the new hours, along with customer service training.

Beautiful showroom. When you call it takes at least 4 different people to find something out. It seems they are set up more for large commercial orders. Window is a week late and not coming to my house now. Came here to stay out of home depot, wont happen again

This lumber yard/hardware is a great source for things not sold in the big box stores and many times their prices are better. I’ve also ordered many doors from Kimal lumber and Robin is always a pleasure to work with.

Customer service is outstanding. I was able to change an order on the day of scheduled delivery. While I was feeling guilty about this the service reps were not upset at all. Hooray for Kimal Lumber

Web site states that Monday through Friday open from 6am till 5pm. I drove from Arcadia today to pick up some dense dry lumber that Lowes or Home Depo does not carry. I arrived at 4:30 along with another costomer to find that they had already closed, so I drove my unhappy ass back to Arcadia. Heres an idea, UPDATE your website!! No telling who else had this happen to them.

Their prices are way too high...1400 sf of trex was quoted just over $12,000. The same material from home depot was just over $ 7,500 delivered for the same material... thats just gouging.Get other quotes
