Ive been shopping here for over 20 years their staff is courteous.. friendly... and most importantly helpful.. When I asked a young man working there where the apple butter was as it was not next to the applesauce.. he said isle 10.. being in isle 3 I said thank you.. a few minutes later he found me in the deli and brought me 2 brands of apple butter for me to chose.. I was impressed and pleased to be waited on in a very personal and special way... I met the manager Mark a few weeks back and had a very nice conversation about Publix and that my only disappointment with Publix is when the stopped closing on Sundays.. In that they provide a great service to our community.. that extra day is critical for some shoppers.. so I understand their decision...

This is MY Market! I find the employees friendly, the market is clean and organized. I like the Deli and the variety of soups that you can ladle into take home containers from hot pots. All the soups have that Homemade flavor and they are outstanding. They serve different flavors on different days. I have to rate the Chilly as exceptional with lots of ground beef and tastes very good. The bakery is excellent. They bake my favorite bread, which is rye-like bread with cranberries. If you smear Philly Cream cheese on a slice of that fresh bread you will be tempted to eat the whole loaf.

They have 0 cat food. Target does, walmart does! Wth!

I love the Publix stores and employees. The stores are always clean and well maintained. The employees always go out of their way to help you even as far as walking you to another aisle to show you exactly where an item is. The only thing negative I could say about Publix is that the deli is always backed up. It takes as long waiting at the deli to get a few cold cuts as it does to do the whole rest of my shopping.

Even though this location is a bit older, the store is always nice and clean. The employees are very helpful and courteous. Parking is easy and convenient.

This is a nice branch of a good store. There were a lot of buy one, get one free offers today that we actually wanted. They offer a great choice of different foods here. Their own brand ice cream is gorgeous and they do good bakery items. We buy a lot of their own brand stuff, always good. Recommended.

Publix Super Market at Sarasota Crossings is the best place to shop. The staff are very polite and helpful. I have walked the store and had conversations with the employees from what is the best steak sauce to should I get biscuits or cresents. The new manager is very pleasant and professional. I stopped and told him how much I appreciate his staff and I could hear the passion in his voice about his job. That is rare in these times. He believes in Publix, the culture and serving the community. Great Job Publix....... This is a real review from a real customer who works in a similar field. So I know how hard it is to get a 5 star review and this Publix is a 5 star Publix!

The parking lot is awful (they’ve created a death trap getting out on Honoré (or Fruitville). The selections are dwindling.. the baggers could use retraining,and the produce is always hit or miss. It’s not quite the pleasure, it used to be, shopping at Publix.

Good morning went in to pick up some items I was able to get in fast and get out and they had some of my favorite chips and I was able to get a couple bags of each of some stores they be out but Publix had them and we were able to get in and out very quickly thank you blessings

Publix is an outstanding store in every way. Thier managers go out of thier way to treat you like first class customers, so the middle manager and line staff are equally good in thier job .

Publix is hands down the best grocery store. Cant say Ive ever had an issue here or any store. Prices are a bit higher, but, the customer service, cleanliness, and product quality more than makes up for it. Always well organized. Thumbs up from me!

I don’t know what has happened to the quality of the Publix Bakery’s cake decorating. Year after year I say I’ll give them one more chance, and yet again very disappointed. Not only was the cake I ordered for a birthday wrong, but my daughter even ordered a cake the same week from another Publix bakery and it was HORRIBLE! I have always loved the flavors, but the Publix cake decorators have continued to disappoint us over and over. Sorry, but no more Cale’s from Publix Bakery, they let me down for the last time.

Haley in the deli area was too focused on everything else around her except her job. She asked me the same questions over and over again but couldn’t focus for more than a second. This deli always has some of the spaciest rude people.

Workers here are very kind. I’ve always had a good experience with every employee in this particular store. On my last visit Russell made conversation, packed my bags and took them to my car. He was so pleasant I needed to write this review. Thankful for people like Russell they make the world a little kinder.

I drop a prescription off. The next day I came to pick it up and the prescriptions weren’t unpack yet but I was going out of town so... they dug through all the drugs to find mine. I really appreciated it! Plus they told me everything thing I needed to know about my prescription. This was incredibly helpful since my doctor sucks!

Its a nice and clean store, however why putting a sign that says MUST WEAR MASK if half of the customers and even employees are not doing it? Its beyond me! The number of infections is only going up day after day and they refuse to take measures so they won’t loose SALE$! Dead people don’t go shopping every day, Publix!

I live in St. Pete and am visiting here. Found your store on Fruit villa Rd. to be GREAT. It was cool, clean and tho it was a different layout than my local store, I found everything I needed (and some things I just had to have). Keep up the good work. Rating of 12 out of 10! A delicious custom carrot cake was very much enjoyed by my family, and a big thumbs up to the bakery department, and to Publix for an overall outstanding experience!

Love my Publix on Fruitville Road always clean, fresh fruits and vegetables! Staff in the meat department and the butchers are great going the extra mile to make sure I have the right steaks! Thick cut boneless NY strips!! Medium rare on the grill!!

This brand has consistently clean facilities, quality products at competitive prices, and respectable/helpful staff. Weve been shopping at the Fruitville Crossing store for years. To my knowledge, this is the only grocery store in town.

Publix is a good grocery. Every one I have been to is good. The biggest draw back to Publix is their prices. Yes, they have BOGOs, but they had nothing I needed when I was there today. One item I had an interest in was their chocolate mint ice cream. Interested until I saw the price.....Ouch! I dont shop Publix very often.
