Fantastic service. Extremely reasonable price. Took all of 15 min for LCD and screen replacement. Made call while on road heading in that direction coming from Venice. Phone like new within 1/2 hr from call! Service was outstanding! This will definitely be my go to place should I or anyone I know needs repairs. I wouldn’t think of trying anywhere else. Thought of using a Groupon for other like business but learned those $ are highly inflated to make you think you are getting a great deal! Don’t bother!

Both experiences that Ive had with Cellular Phone Hospital have been really good. About a year ago, I was afraid that I would have to spring for a new phone. Phone Hospital installed a new battery in my old iPhone that was not holding charges. They fixed it while I waited and it is still working great. This week I was having problems with my MacBook Pro laptop computer. Jason worked out the issues with Safari and Comcast, set me up with Chrome, and cleaned up some things for me within a couple days. His prices are fair and he is honest. Awesome service!!! They were able to fix my old phone quickly (at a very reasonable price). I had corrosion on the board, the phone was inoperable. I hadn’t backed up years worth of pictures and thought they were gone for good. These guys repaired the board and I was able to get all of my pictures and data back!

Walked right in. Waited maybe 5 minutes for Jason to finish up two other customers before easily handing off my phone to have the screen replaced. Told me wait time was 20-30 min (repair Iphone7 screen) let him know i had to step back to work, but that i would return shortly. Came back a few hours later on break to have my phone on, running perfect, and a new screen installed with protecter for under 100 bucks. Service was quick and easy. Let me start by saying this is the very first bad review I have ever given! I give credit where credit is due.The owner of this place has more excuses than anyone I know. I brought my Laptop Computer in that I had dropped and cracked the screen and dented the top corner. He said That it would would take about a week to get parts and repair, I called him a week later to check the status.He said he had left me a voicemail but clearly had not. He said they were running behind and it would take another three days to ship from California to fix the backing and once he received it he would have it done that day .After another full week, never heard back from him. Called again they were running behind.After three weeks and a lot of excuses, I said Jason you’re not communicating with me he said I sent you a text this morning. This is the text he sent me:Updated status says expected Friday as if 2 hours ago on lcdNo name, or Hi this is Jason from Phone hospital none of that. I had no idea who this was from until I really looked at it. He sent this on Wednesday. The following Tuesday I called him and said can I pick up my computer. He said nooooo that the company sent the wrong LCD it didnt fit.He then said it would be a 2 to 3 week fix from then because of parts. That would total up to six weeks he’s had this computer, telling me it would be at most a week and a half.Don’t you find that out the first week whether parts are available to fix a computer or not? I have done business with Jason in the past with cell phones had a couple problems with those. They were blamed on an employee who is no longer there. So I gave him another chance.One excuse after another. It seems if the parts are readily available for him he can fix the device. If they are not he will make any excuse until he can get it fixed.I understand with everything the way it is today there may have been a delay with getting parts. I would’ve liked for him to have been honest from the beginning and checked on whether parts were available. He did not do that,I told him I couldn’t wait any longer for this computer, so he said he would put it back together with a cracked screen on and I could pick it up in an hour. So rude!!!No apologies when picking it up told me to take my business elsewhere if I wasn’t happy.Who would be?Bottom line:He’s not registered with the BBB, The little bit of communication he does do with customers is on the phone not in writing so he can respond to your reviews however he’d like.If you take a chance on this place it’s at your own risk.No need to respond Jason to my review as we already know the real situation.Steer Clear!!!!

While in town visiting my dad, I gave Cellular Phone Hospital a call as my phone’s connection port had become so loose that my cable wouldn’t stay in place plus my battery was draining to nothing in a matter of minutes. This in spite of the settings telling me I had a great battery. Jason diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the battery and connection port just about as quickly, and at a very reasonable price. Essentially, I was so fed up with my phone that I was thinking about replacing it so Jason helped me save several hundred dollars.To boot, Jason gave me some great tips on battery life management that I am already using. This place was the worst experience ever! I went in with a crack screen, and after I paid for screen replacement and had a replacement for the back of my phone (that I did not pay for as the phone was broken while in possession of the store), I still have a cracked screen and my microphone is damaged and nobody can hear me. The owner does not follow through, does not communicate and is not willing to work with his customers. Steer clear of this establishment!!!

I was all set to leave a great review, and I hate doing this, BUT, I had my iPhone X screen replaced and all was well until it took a dive in the bath! The iPhone X has a water resistant screen so I was surprised when my phone completely broke. Now I was not only out the 300$ to fix my phone at this place but also $600 for a new phone. I filed a complaint with the BBB so as to not have to resort to leaving bad reviews anywhere, but they never responded. Sadly, I would have to say avoid at all costs.

I have had nothing but great experiences at this place! They purchased my old iPhones for a competitive price and I bought a tempered glass screen protector (at their recommendation) for my iPhone 6. They put it on for me and it was much cheaper than anywhere else I had been. That thing has save my phone multiple times! So glad they convinced me to get one. Ive recommended several friends to them for various reasons (computers, android phones, etc) and they have all been happy with their service.

Had the screen replaced, wasnt replaced properly and I was told it wasnt their fault. Had the screen reordered and replaced for a second time and it still wasnt done properly. I was told they would do nothing but put the broken screen back on and refund my money. Always heard good things about the place, but they did not live up to the hype. I will deter people from here from now on. Good price points though.

Fast service. Nice people,but POOR QUALITY! ! The New screen on my girlfriends S5 lasted only 2 weeks then went dark when it fell out of her pocket. It had a good phone cover on it and did not land on the screen.Might as well buy a new phone if your original screen is shattered. Not worth $120!

Have been using these guys for years. My iphone 7 Plus stopped charging and stopped by to get it repaired. The owner looked real quick and simply cleaned out the bottom of my phone and a ton of lint and dirt came out. Phone was back charging. They could have easily charged me for a new part and I would have never known. They are the only place I trust.

There was always someone to speak to directly (or they return phone calls as soon as they are in.) I have worked with a few another repair places, but NONE compared to the great service. Have used these guys for almost a year. Just had my iPad fixed and got it back within the hour. Great turn around time and they always take care of me. With three kids and 10 employees it seems we are always in the store for a repair or buying a used device. We have used some other repairs stores in the past but never had any of them take care of us start to finish like the Phone Hospital has. The even provided a loaner phone to my wife while I was out of town and she dropped hers in the pool last month.

Didn’t tell me the cost until after fixing it. I assumed it would be first checked to see the issue and then to see if I want to proceed. I might not have done it since it ended up being $50. Also there’s a small nick on the back of my phone that wasn’t there before so anyway overall it was ok, but the other thing is theres a poor single fish in a tank there that does not look happy I felt bad I hope the owner cleans the tank but cant say much else Im no fish expert...

Came in Thuraday to fix my wifes phone. They replaced the screen and everything looked fine but within hours the phone started freezing every couple minutes. Unfortunately I had to get my wife on a plane to New York to get her away from the storm then i had to pack up and start driving myself to North Carolina. She ended up taking her phone to a shop in New York (I made sure to tell her not to get any work done on it just to see what they say) they instantly spotted the problem and said that it was a very cheap replacement screen that was put on poorly. So now Im stuck being separated from my wife during a major storm and she can only text me a couple times a day whenever her screen decides to actually work.

I took my iphone 6 into the shop to have my cracked screen repaired. The screen that they put on is very poor quality. After I replaced the screen my phone dropped from my couch onto a wooden floor with a case on it. Not only did the screen shatter but it also totally detached from the phone. I know I should have been more careful with the phone but there is no reason for it to shatter and detach from the phone dropping two feet with a case on it. Take your phones to an Apple Store to have a professional put on a legit screen.

Ive never written a review before but I just felt the need to share my thoughts on this place so that no one leaves the place with a half working phone like I did. Anyways I got my iPhone 6plus fixed here 2 minutes into the process the guy fixing my phone (sadly forgot his name) comes out to tell me that my Touch ID was broken and will no longer work after replacing my screen .... BULLSHT my Touch ID was working perfectly fine that was just an excuse because HE broke it. Anyways he finishes replacing my screen and the total came out to 170 when I could of gotten it fixed at apple for 109 and if they broke anything they would be responsible for replacing your iPhone!! This place is a rip off and total joke if you have an iPhone please get it fixed at apple!! Also the screens they use are 5$ made in China screens and then they rip you off for 170 also I I couldnt see my screen with sunglasses on bc it was a CHEAP screen when at apple I could of gotten the original screen. Thankfully I was able to get the iPhone 7plus never coming here again

I had a Motorola phone and got the glassed fixed, and in one week it started getting fractures in the glass. I never took it out of the case or droped it! I questioned the quality they bought the glass from and they werent much help in re fixing my phone.

Couldnt believe this place is still open brought my phone there a while back to replace a screen they messed up the screen told me other things were wrong with my phone after 3 months got my phone back had to go back to get my SIM card cuz they gave me the wrong one and ended up buying a new phone anyway cuz old phone wouldnt work properly anymoreStay away from this place

The short story: These guys are amazing and will go above and beyond for you to help you out. Michael stayed after hours multiple nights to work on my phone, and didnt stop until the work was complete.Long Story: While vacationing with my fiance on the Siesta Key I stupidly went swimming with my Samsung Galaxy S6. It was equipped with an Otterbox Defender case which I think helped some. I brought it to Cellular Phone Hospital in a bag of white rice. These guys worked tirelessly to save my phone. This was a huge deal to me because we are getting married in May and of course I had not set up the Samsung auto sync cloud. So all my photos, contacts, videos etc were all at risk due to the water damage. Michael and his supervisor did not stop for 5 days, some days which they stayed after hours taking time from their families to help save my memories and contacts, which I am immensely grateful for!If you have any problems with any of you electronic devices (these guys repair mobile phones, tablets, laptops, desktops etc) these guys are who you need to go see.Thanks again Cellular Phone Hospital!!
