Very bad customer service a lady that speaks spanish they have to train them better. I went there for help and they told me we are just here to sell phones not to help. WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE? At least try to see what’s wrong with my phone no just tell me to buy a new one. Be humble, some people don’t know the same as you about phones.

High praise for manager. Very helpful and patient, answering my questions and showing me how my phone actually works for me. I am a senior lady, not adept at using a smart phone, recently switched from flip phone. Thanks to him, I would recommend cricket for his customer service along with reasonable cost.

After a few years of dealing with Sprints frustrating and endlessly automated customer service system my girlfriend convinced me to go with Cricket. I pay less for two lines with Cricket than one line for Sprint! And I can finally have service in my home, on the road, and in the stores.

I went in for a new phone and stood there for a while with no sales person asking if i need help. Finally I said something as the man in there was on his phone talking very nasty to someone sounded like his wife or gf. He looked up with a nasty look like I was bugging him and said Do you have a problem? I said yes I wanted to get a phone. He slammed his phone down and said what phone do you want. I couldnt believe he did that. I asked for the manager he said your looking at him. His name was Horacio. He was so rude i left the store and went to metro. There was 2 other customers in store as well and they left too. I got a better deal at metro and they apologize for his rudeness. Stay away.

After 5 years of aggravation from Verizon high prices and unresponsive customer service, I finally figured out that I can get all the coverage, device choices, and data and voice service for half the price.
