Horrible when I need to buy Bape stop the guy knows nothing about it he referred me to a different store I bought my vape pen from there

The big guy behind the counter was helpful getting a gift card for my father in law. Huge selection of all sorts of tobacco products and devices. Smoking cigars inside the shop seems like that would be cool if cigars were something I was into. I did leave with a headache from the smoke, but I mean, its a cigar shop lol.

Not a reason to give a bad rate, but I will never go back.I like to support smaller businesses, but prices are really expensive at this location. The smaller you are the lower you should go to keep clients coming. If I can save $10 bucks going somewhere else, I surely will...

Come here all the time. Not anymore. Asked for a specific cigar that’s never displayed. They actually had up top in an unopened box. Wouldn’t open it unless I bought more than one. I get it to a point but to let me walk out without the other ones I intended to buy is just piss poor customer service. See ya!!! Wish there was a World Famous Cigar Bar near here where the customer service is tops. Headed to Madura on University for them from now on. Also great customer service and nicer place.

Great place to buy cigars.

Went in a couple of months ago and asked the man to split some change, got refused and rudely asked to leave the store even when I offered to buy something. Disappointing, no longer going here.

I use the one in Spring Hill all the time, this one was the same. Good selection, good prices, nice lounge.

Great staff. Very friendly and helpful...!!! They have the freshest Snus in town AND they carry General Snus which is REAL Swedish Snus, not the garbage put out by Skoal & Camel (although those brands are available as well if that is your thing). Nice atmosphere inside, has the look and feel of a cigar shop in New York. HUGE selection of cigars, plus you can also get cigarettes, pipe tobacco, pipe supplies, JUUL pods, lighters, cigar cutters and plenty of tobacco related accessories! Dont be confused... this is NOT a head shop, this is a classy establishment for those who enjoy high quality tobacco products .... as a matter of fact, I am heading over there right now for a couple of tins of General Original Snus!!!! (Too bad they dont carry Jakobssons Strong Snus.... that would be soooooo cool!)

I go there weekly the service is excellent, the cigars are at a discount, the only place cheaper is to get them off the internet. If you join the members club (free to join) you get an additional discount on quantities of 8 or above.
