I had such a pleasant experience from this store and it’s kind and helpful staff!

Placed an online order, and when I went to pick it up they gave me the box and shoes in this condition. Shoes had clearly been worn outside the store, and the box was severely damage. Definitely not acceptable on a $200 pair of shoes, mentioned it to a sales associate and they just shrugged it off. Thankfully the online customer service is going to make it right, but I certainly wont be eager to make a purchase from them in the future.

Managers at this store are liars. Not to mention they back door sneakers to local resellers. Was told after the third FLX raffle for Jordan 1 University Blue that they still had pairs. Called every morning since the raffle to ask if they are doing first come first serve or re-raffle. Was told Friday morning that corporate told them they were not allowed to do first come first serve or sell the sneakers. Go in to the store the next day to buy something totally different, asked the sales associate if corporate has indicated what they could do with them- his reply was -“yeah we sold them all yesterday we have none left. “ I told him what the manager told me yesterday, he replies” Sorry bro, don’t know what to tell you” and then walks away. Never even came back to help with the Air Max that I came in to buy. I was so irritated I Called today and talked to another manger, first she lied to me and told me they had no left overs after the 3rd raffle. When I called her out on that lie, she responds with the second lie by saying “ Oh, I think they offered them to people as a bonus who won raffles on the grade school and toddler pairs of Raging bulls” I know that one is a lie, because I just called my cousin who did win the raffle at that store for Raging Bulls and he tells me they never offered him him anything as a bonus when he went to pick up his pair. Guess the true story the manger didn’t want to tell me was they just back doored them all to their reseller friends. I will never go back to this store ever again. Just filed a complaint with them with corporate, hopefully they clean up the mess at this store.

They never answer the phone is the first thing they learn.

They didn’t have air forces 1 black low top I called them they said that they had them but the lied to me

Jess an employee here kept giving me a ton of attitude... complaining That I’m making her job more complicated when I just didn’t want to give an email cuz I don’t need any more spasms on my account ... also we returned the shoes twice cuz they kept giving the wrong size, we asked for five twice and on the third time they finally got it

Everyone working here had a passion for awesome shoes. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely return for another pair of shoes. Great job who ever hired all these people!

Best selection on shoes. I usually get my son shoes and mine at Finish Line but Foot Locker has more exclusive type shoes that normally you can only get online for instance they had a pair of Air Pippen shoes that my son picked out for school that I wanted for myself. Great selection and doesnt cost any more than going to Champs or Finish Line.

Fun place to shop, lots of stuff and some good sale merchandise. Great displays. Nice staff

Reserved a shoe through the footlocker raffle system and won, went to pick up the shoe and they told me they somehow didnt have it. Beware just because you win through the Launch Locator doesnt mean they wont backdoor your reserved pair.
