Employees hover over darker skinned customers while trying to sound educated about their product. If you work in a store like this, you should be able to distinguish between cold processed and glycerin based soaps.

LUSHs brand is very wholesome and nice with the plastic free packages and recyclable items. All being organic and very nice. The only down side is the price of these items. It can become very costly- with there lip scrubs costing 13$. I am very fond of them eating them constantly, and to feed this thirst I must consume them daily making the cost very high. Other than this it is a good place to shop.

Love this place. They have a scent and a scrub and a soap and a bath bomb and a lotion and anything you can imagine in any fragrance for the body!

Lush is where all good is only downside is products are dwindling due to covid online is highly suggested here

Game changer!!! Seriously!!! I woke up with fresher skin than I went to sleep with!!! Its been 7 days and no new pimples!!! That never happens.I have overactive oil glands, cystic acne, bacterial, hormonal etc. I was using lots of other products and tools to combat my pimples which left my skin looking like a mine field. Of course I then covered up my acne with makeup to hide the war zone on my face. Game Over! I was advised to try the Jade roller cleansing bar. This not only melted the makeup right off, but also left my skin hydrated and clean. Please keep this product on the shelves!!!Shout out to Rebecca at the UTC mall in Sarasota Florida! I walked in sweating, frustrated and feeling like the only solution left were more invasive procedures. She was friendly, incredibly competent in the products and guided me in the right direction.

Awesome beauty products, legendary bath bombs, the coffee face scrub is an absolute must, I always have a terrific time visiting the store. I’ll take one of everything please!

I love the bath bombs they are very good to eat. I eat them in the bathtub hunched over like a rat. My favorite is the unicorn horn one because I can eat it like a popsicle.

Awful customer service at UTC mall.Blonde lady was rude and had an attitude the entire time my husband and I were there.The lady with green hair was rushing us out the door.We spend over $100 on our second visit of the day, since green haired lady wanted us out the first visit.The second time a blonde lady was extremely rude to my husband and I.I come here quite often and I have never been treated I such way. Wether I come here often or not this behavior was unacceptable.If you don’t want patrons to buy your product I’m not sure how long your store can stay open.

Lush is the best place for beauty/skin care products, especially if you like to be cruelty free! This company is 100% cruelty free and actively fights for the animals, the earth, and human rights. Every employee here is so nice, sweet, and helpful. I have never felt so welcome in an establishment like I feel in this one. This place has amazing bath and shower products, killer face washes and masks, and tasty lip scrubs (yes, theyre edible). I highly recommend Lush to anyone looking to freshen up their routine, and the employees will aid you in your journey.

After getting products from the Brandon location, I really enjoyed the experience and products. However, when coming to this location, 2nd time this has happened that I’ve entered and not a single employee acknowledged me. 10 minutes I’ve been in my spouse enters and she immediately gets greeted. Does lush employees at this location have something against black males or something??? Took my business to bath and body works.

This store at University Town Center Mall made my shopping experience so pleasant. I usually try to stay away from Lush because Im not a male that cares too much for health and beauty products. I explained to one of the associates what type of product I was looking for and instead of focusing on what I thought I wanted, she also offered a few of her own personal suggestions as well. I ended up buying the coalface bar soap and a few bottles of mouthwash tabs. I can honestly say that this store has given me the motivation to take better care of myself... from a health and beauty standpoint.

Walked in last weekend 6/13/21 with a question and salesperson replied with where was my mask.Told me that if I dont have 1 that she could assist me outside.I just turned around and walked out.I wont be back

The shop is so fun, colorful, and aromatic, on top of that, the staff here are knowledgable and absolutely wonderful! They welcome you, show you how to use their products in demonstration stations around the shop, and even give samples of products youd like to try! Friendly, fun, and fragrant at all times. Natural products! Ive switched over completely from bath and body works!

Love this place. Great products however a little highly price about 1/2 the items they sell. That being said you can still find a all natural body bar for a affordable price.

The quality of the products speak for themselves. Ive never been disappointed by any lush product that I’ve purchased, even when ordering unfamiliar items online and have no idea what to expect. The employees at utc lush are very knowledgeable about their products and have provided helpful answers for every question or concern I’ve had. In some lush stores you’re harassed by virtually every employee in the store but thankfully the employees at this one aren’t pushy. They’re very observant and can tell if you’re just trying to get your regular items and go, but still offer to answer any questions.

Love this place!!!! Every time me and my boy friend come in Roman is always there with a great hello and so verse in their products, seems to always offer samples of things him and I browse arpund the store while Roman helps over guests. Their my favorite lush worker ^.^

The employees here are super helpful! They are honestly one of the reasons I shop here vs. ordering online. Im always recommended products that I never thought to try or wanted to but didnt know how it could fit in with my routine. Awesome products, too!

The staff was so awesome here during our first visit to Lush.Everything was explained to us in easy to understand terms.They demod a bath bomb for a sweet little one and I think I was just as excited to watch it bubble in the tub as she was.The employees told us about a neat feature they offer that you can have a party at their store!Yes, of course you can make everything they sell for pennies compared to the prices at Lush. But sometimes you dont want to make it or you want to try it out before you do invest in the supplies yourself.It is a fun store and we will be back for sure.

Their app doesn’t yet allow for In Store Pick Up orders, so when I called to see if they had a few seasonal items in stock before driving up from Cape Coral, the lovely person on the phone let me know the website allows for in store pick up, and then held my items for me anyway. Everyone is always most helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. Now I’m just waiting for my liter of Rose Jam for the holidays! Thank you to the lovely and wonderful staff of Lush UTC!!

Lush is great. I like Kalamazoo, the coffee mask and Dark Angel. This location is nice but I wish they could re-stock a bit faster. Not their fault. Its the companys error. Pretty nice people and great location. Very fun brand!!

Loved this place... Everything is natural and has many different items for you bath or shower even your face. The staff are knowledgeable and not pushy.

They are all so nice, knowledgeable and willing to help. Once you smell the natural scents in the store, the other stores smell so fake. This is the best personal care and gift store. The bonus is that they are cruelty free.

I’ve shopped at LUSH for years; first time at this location and I won’t be back. One of the testers was starting to mold and when I nicely told the manager so he could switch them out, he was very rude and insulting toward me.

Had a really great experience with one of the sales staff. He was so well versed in the products and really spent some time enthusiastically representing the brand. I bought several things I didnt intend to because of his endorsements.

Tons of stuff to test and smell. Very welcoming staff. Glitter warning.

Linette (I hope thats the correct name) was so great and explained everything so thoroughly. It was my VERY first time at UTC and my VERY first time at any Lush store. Ive always admired from afar through their website, as my old city in Florida didnt have one for the longest time. I ended up getting two amazing bath bombs, the tea tree oil toner/facial spray, a chunk of some fruity and floral smelling soap that was recommended by another employee with awesome piercings and a cool attitude, and Its Raining Men shower gel. I want to thank Linette for helping me so much and allowing me to try the products and for giving me a few samples. I absolutely love everything so far. I will definitely be a return customer- ESPECIALLY for the enzymatic moisturizer. Thank you Lush UTC and Linette!!! (I hope thats your name!!!)

Super High Prices, but the service and attention from the staff was awesome. I had never been in Lush before, and I was looking for a particular product. I was given great info about what I was looking for, and given free samples of something else i was looking at but didnt buy. I might go back for special need or occasion, like I said....expensive !

Products are top notch. Everything is amazing, once yiu find YOUR products. Lush Reps are always nice and ready to help. Love going for free samples, just pick an item youd like to try (some you cant sample /Precut soaps/ bombs/ ect.) But most stuff you can. Ive gone through a wirlwind of products and can say i only use lush. It drasticlly changed the texture of my hair, skin and i smell amazing 24/7. Cant recommend this store enough.
