A group of friends and I used Business World to create custom T shirts with the face of our one friend for a surprise birthday party! The shirts came out amazing and were very comfortable. I have to tell everyone about an experience I had with Business World Promo Supply. It illustrates exactly I exclusively call on Business World for all of my business clothing, print materials and give-away items at local trade shows.I had Tim create a design (they did a magnificent job for a tablecloth and backdrop for my first trade show. I approved the artwork and everything was set to print. At the last minute I had to change the location of 2 logos. He stopped it, sent the new artwork and I approved immediately and sent it back without considering a change in table size (which I found out about shortly before the fiasco). I received it in plenty of time before the show.Now its showtime! I drape it across the table and the changed logos are only half-on the tabletop, obviously showing only half of each end logo.UGH! Its the night before the show opens and I email Tim Holliday so he will see the email first thing in the morning, Friday.Here is the reason I will sing his praises from the rooftops; he immediately responded with a phone call (interrupting dinner with his family). After I explained my predicament he said he would get right back to me, he wanted to check on something . He called back within a couple of minutes and said he was having a new tablecloth over-nighted. I had the new one very promptly as promised and he didnt charge me for what I believe to be my mistake (I had it for about a week without putting it on a table and could have avoided this altogether).Since this, he is still super responsive and when he cant get back to me immediately, Michelle will call- shes amazing as well!Business Worlds customer service is second to none and industry knowledge can not be beat.
