I cannot believe companies like this still exist. I have been using HB windows for over 15 years and they have yet to let me down with any window issues that I’ve ever had. I’ve referred them to many many friends and all of them have been extremely happy. Please keep up the good work and stay honest as you have been with me throughout the years. I am a Realtor that had a listing with 3 windows failing the home inspection. I interviewed several window companies who said the parts couldnt be found and replacement was the only option, but HB windows were persistent in getting the right parts and after several wrong parts were able to fix the windows to perfection instead of a costly replacement. I highly recommend them!

Had window screens installed. Realized later that one of the window screens were not sitting flush and left a 2 cm gap. Called and was told I only had a 30 day warranty (which is not on my receipt nor was I told)and I could pay for them to fix the problem. Wish I would have payed more attention initially. Would not recommend this company. If I could give 0 stars I would.* I am not mistaken I have my receipt and I spoke to the person who answers your phone today. There was no resolution provided except me paying for the screen to be fixed because the service has been over 30 days.*Also how can you find me in your system when my last name is abbreviated on here??? I see on every bad review you come up with some excuse as to why it’s not your companies fault.

Honest hardworking people just like me!These folks may not be perfect,but its ones sincerity in their actions should a mishap occur that truly tells you what you need to know!! No one is perfect,but its the genuine intent that separates the good ones from the bad!! Besides people in glass houses shouldnt cast stones!

Came out an fix a hard to replace curved pane. Others were telling me I need to replace the whole window. Excellent job and highly recommend.

They came out to replace the glass in a broken window. When he was finished I went out to look and was shocked at what I saw. He told me that he had broken my original glazing and he did not have my color to replace it. So he cut one inch strips of my original broken glazing put a piece of that in every foot then filled in between with caulk. It looks horrible. I asked if he could get the right color glazing and repair it properly. He said yes but he didnt want to buy another roll. Then handed me a bill for 165 dollars. I now have to call another company to fix his work. No pride in their work. I was ripped off. If you cant do the job, you shouldnt do the job.

Jim showed up on time and wearing a mask. He was very personable and professional. He did a great job repairing our window and cleaning everything up. No surprises on the invoice. I highly recommend HB Windows.

Excellent company. They just installed 28 doors for the Bermuda Bay Club association and did a timely, well executed job. There work is to be recommended for their professionalism, quality conscience, and concerns that the customer is above all satisfied.

What a great company! I was working on a project to benefit a local youth group called The Brotherhood of Men as they learn trade skills. We needed some windows repaired and screens replaced and called HB Windows and they came out within 24 hours and gave us a very competitive quote. After accepting their quote I then found out they offered other services and used them for those as well. They completed everything in a very timely manner, which was a godsend because we were under a time crunch to unveil what the kids had done. When everything was completed and I received the invoice they donated part of their labor to help out the group!!!!! This is a top notch company that cares about the community. THANK YOU!!!

Jim was professional and punctual during a recent service call I made to repair 4 windows. In addition, he measured and came back on another day to replace a tricky custom round window. Highly recommend.

Contracted with this company to fix some leaks around the bosss windows in our office. The repair guys were awesome, very professional and cleaned up well when finished and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend them.

My large patio sliding screen (2 of them) wheels got rusted. Jim came, picked them up took it to the shop, fixed it brought back the next day. Did a great job. Highly recommend the service.

What a great company! Setting up my appointment by phone was a breeze. The quote I was given over the phone by Abby was right on point. Jim arrived exactly on time... August 22nd Wednesday morning 10am. He was fast, efficient & great! I will highly recommend Jim & HB Windows to anyone I know who needs window repair.... and if I ever need any kind of window repair I will certainly call HB Windows. Be careful and be sure to get your price in writing. After a service call in the house, they needed to take two screens back to their shop to rescreen. The screens were 14 sq foot each prox. The installer quoted me a price of .60 per sq foot if we would pick them up at the shop. It would have been more if they had to redeliver. We agreed. When they called me they gave me a bill for $74.40 and told me that we were quoted a wrong price when we questioned it. Several calls to the office got us nowhere and they were Ok with the bad rating I said I would give them. I told them to keep the screens since there price was double the price for all new. I will never do business with these people again and would not recommend them to anyone.

HB Windows, a company owned by SMP Inc., who do all kinds of maintenance, not just windows, repaired my sliding glass doors at a very reasonable cost. I called several companies, two of which wanted to charge me the equivalent of airfare to Europe, one insisted on calling the doors patients and their company the doctor, and one that would only accept cash or check at time of service. I was happily surprised when at last I called HB Windows and spoke with Shad Thien, who treated me with kindness, courtesy, and respect, and found they accept credit card payment. The rollers on my doors were replaced in short order at a very fair price. Very pleasant experience!
