The Hispanic lady who works there is rude and inconsiderate, and perhaps should think twice before saying something. I went to the store to get a few caps. They didnt have the exact cap value I was looking for, but I couldve combined several caps together to get the value I needed. When I inquired about the cost of doing so, I politely declined. Her response was: Well, this is America! You might want to try Cuba. Excuse me?? Did she just accuse me of being a communist? Yeah, lady, THIS IS INDEED AMERICA, and I have a right not purchase something I consider not worthy of spending my money on. Absolutely unacceptable thing to say to a customer! I normally shop online for my parts, but sometimes I might go to a brick and mortar store when I am pressed for time or simply out of convenience. I think shopping online might be the best option after dealing with obnoxious staff members like her.

I just visited for the first time and was very impressed. As an electronics hobbist, they had everything I could possibly ever need and much, much more, with the exception of high end gear like oscilloscopes. The staff was totally awesome as well, answering all of my questions, being friendly, and not giving me any grief for browsing for probably an hour at least. I wish I could visit more often, but I live in Pinellas county, and it is quite a drive (my bank account, on the other hand, is very thankful). The only reason that I had to deduct a star is that their hours are awful, 8-5 M-F, closed weekends. I can literally never come back without taking a PTO day. I wish they did Tues-Sat or something instead of M-F. Id make the trip down.

If you are a electronic technician pro or hobbiest, this is the only store around for miles that has all you need. Forget Radioshack. This is like the electronic store of old with all components and wire and connectors with plenty of surplus electronics as well. The owner is very knowledgeable in electronics as well.
