I have been to this store multiple times and have bought three firearms from them. The staff are absolutely wonderful, and attentive. Their prices are excellent. Let me say that again, EXCELLENT. On my last purchase they were kind enough to give me a very nice range bag for the rifle I purchased, all because at the time they didnt happen to have a simple cardboard box for me to take it home in. That should speak for itself. Whenever Im looking for a new peice of equipment I check their shop out first. They also have great jewelry, and excellent priced tools, electronics, cameras, and instruments. Five stars does them a disservice! Goldcoast is the Gold Standard. Great, friendly staff. I was in town visiting and I brought in a used two-channel mixing table that I had bought for a project and no longer needed. They gave me my asking price, and the exchange was quick. They were also really helpful and lent me a few tools to change my bike tire that had gone flat on the ride there. Recommended.

This is by far the BEST pawn shop, Ive been to just about all of them in Sarasota, and I will NEVER go anywhere else.Rick, has been awesome!! He cares about his customers and the people that go in, even if they arent customers, he still treats you as a person with respect!!He has shown that immensely since Ive been a customer.I almost lost my pawn items, but didnt, he did everything he could to keep that from happening. He could have said oh well, not my problem, items will be put out again, HE DIDNT!! He went out of HIS way to keep me updated and worked with me on an amount I was able to make so I could KEEP my things..Now to me. That is someone who cares about his customers!! That is another reason amongst SO MANY on why I will not be going any where else!!

Awful! Every single time Ive gone in I feel like Im bothering the staff. I have gone in to buy, sell, and pawn. Not one time have I felt like it was worth it, always left feeling ripped off. Plus they were super rude. Seems like they have regulars who they were kind to, but to others its like they cant get you out fast enough.
