Rick and Chris at Power source are great guys and excellent businessman. They know their products, they play no favorites between wash companies. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers understand the products and their proper use. Ill not go to anyone else for power wash equipment, even if its cheaper, you would not get the one on one touch they give.

PSI is a great place with very knowledgeable staff, We recently had them install a soft wash system onto our Rig and I couldnt be more impressed with there work!!! They even went above and beyond to make sure to go over all the little things that could give us headaches and potentiality require repairs if we did not take proper care of the system. I Would give them 10 stars if I could.

Got a new gas powered chemical pump with a titan hose reel for around $2500....best investment ever made, so far so good. Rick did a really good job figuring everything out from start to finish. The technician that works there is knowledgeable and walked me through setting everything up and even helped me install a bulkhead fitting into the chemical tank that I supplied. He did not even have to go out of his way for this and he did it anyway. Very helpful staff. By the way I drive here from nw Bradenton because the drive is worth it. Used the pump only on 4 roofs as a now but can tell it’s an everyday use setup. Now I can go back to confidently bidding on roof cleaning projects a after failing miserably with 12 volt systems if your thinking of switching I can tell you it’s a night and day difference! Just want to say thanks to psi in Sarasota and the tech that helped me!!!! Will definitely recommend to others

I have had both of my vans for my Mobile Car Wash business done by Rick and Chris at P.S.I. They are by far the best guys I’ve ever done business with! Their work is phenomal. They are extremely knowledgeable, and whenever I have problem they get me back up and running same day. I highly recommend this business!

Horrible customer service. After sending pictures of the equipment that needed service I was told it was something that could be done. Drove a while to get there as I had heard they did good work, all to be told I should just go somewhere else.That’s what I would recommend as well, go somewhere else.

For the last year I have used PSI for all my companies services and products. Those guys are the best in the business. Not only are they true experts in the industry but most important, they care boutique their customers. Honesty and reliability are guaranteed at PSI.

Do not warranty their products. Bought a brand new surface cleaner that has never worked. They tried to repair it three times, but refused to replace it or refund money when they could not make it work. The guys up front are extremely rude - even when you are purchasing something. Do not bother with this place. This was purchased by a PW business and being reviewed by the me, the Mgr with the facts reported by the employee who dealt with the issue and Power Source. They must have many bad surface cleaners if they cannot remember repairing the same one three times or remember refusing to refund the money or fix it a 4th time regardless of customer name.

The guys who work here have REALLY bad attitudes! Unbelievable how disrespectful they were, when I was just trying to get A rig built .

Well they may have everything but they are not open on time and dont answer the phone. Its 9:25 on a Friday. Losersville!
