So disappointed! I went there twice & spoke to 2 different sales people. Both promised to send me quotes for faucets, toilets, sinks, & bathtubs. I received absolutely NOTHING!!!The 2nd person apologized profusely and said she would have the quotes within 3 days. Two weeks later, I called her& she said she obviously had not written that down. I had spent over 1 1/2 hours with her!!I went to another supply company and they got my quotes to me the next day!!I don’t know how Southern Supple makes any money at all! Terrible customer service. Unfortunately, they were All PROMISE and NO action with me.

Southern hospitality? Laughable.Quoted me over $600 for a faucet that runs for $400 at Home depot, Lowes and any other online store.His response in a super annoyed, like im a nuisance calling for a quote was then you should get it somewhere else as thats a really good price.Im buying the entire collection for 2 bathrooms .... that one $400 faucet is just my first item of interest. Ill be spending over $4000. I say to you sir..... WHAPS!!! Hope you dont work on commission.... and seriously $600 for a regularly priced $400 item? Quite the markup. Good luck running your scam.

They have a huge inventory. If they dont have it they will locate it for you.

Let me start by saying I am a licensed general contractor. I have been doing business in Sarasota for the last 10 years. I have visited every plumbing store in the county over the years. This is absolutely the worst place in town to buy anything plumbing related. Where do I start they will try to rip you off by quoting you one price and then saying they are out of stock when you get there. They have no regard for your time and will happily waste half a day playing games. Trust me when I say steer clear of this place!!! I recommend driving to Tampa or Fort Myers instead of going here.
