I had multiple questions and happen to be close to their head quarters. Although they do not have a store front or supplies in house I stopped in anyways. Mike and Wes showed me around and spent over an hour answering all my questions and even showed me all the different materials my printer is capable of using as well as some tips and tricks. The office and workers were friendly and helpful and it looked like a great place to work. I appreciate them going above any beyond. Thanks for everything guys!

Very bad company to deal with, they just need to sell, got the money, no customer service, they shipped to us a defective banner gamed on out HP 360, called them may times to exchange or refund, they are liars, wasting time, no more business with them

I ordered from this company because it showed the delivery date as today. When I didnt receive it, I called them and it took them 10 minutes to find my record, then told me that I wont receive it today, and the promised delivery date when I ordered is just an estimate. I looked up the order on their site and it shows that it has not shipped yet. Looking for a reputable company now, since this one has some problems that causes their customers problems.

Paid for Ink on Sale and then Told Sorry its Regular Price - a bit of a bait and switch. I was surprised that this occurred and will not shop for all my ink somewhere else.

Customer service = nonexistent. These people never got back to me. Not a smart move considering I had a really big number of people behind me who planned on ordering from them (theyd have been repeat customers). Id have gladly used them repeatedly for my paper needs but theres no way Im going to put my trust in a company that cant even get back to me.

Been using Lex Jet for 6 years now for our wide format printing needs. Have bought 3 Canon printers and a lot of paper and ink. Ervin is our sales rep and he takes good care of us. Lex Jet makes the best wide format paper in the industry and it is nice that they are close by in Sarasota. Once we went to their headquarters to meet our sales rep and while we were there were waiting to be seen a man engaged is in friendly conversation about our business and we found out later the man was one of the founders of Lex Jet. While talking with him he never mentioned who he was.

The sales staff is really helpful and responsive.Their accounting department isnt my favorite. But, the management staff does work hard to make things right.
