What is looking for a set of lawn mower blades they did not carry the brand of mower and was unable to look it up by part number but the customer service guy went out of his way to match up my blade to one that they sell for a different mower it had the exact same hole pattern and worked perfectly. Deceived me a lot of time because that I ran into this problem and stopped in to mowers Inc the guy was too lazy and wouldnt even try the match the blade with something he had their similar so theyve lost a customer he was very rude came off like a know-it-all I did not encounter any of these problems at preferred turf like I said I was able to walk out of there with what I needed in hand which save me 7 to 10 days if I would have had to order it.

The sails staff is Awesome and theyre knowledge is KICKASS. Highly Recommended

Jessi is a gem. I brought in 2 tires to repair last spring. I do this 5xs a years since I had a new roof put on - nails everywhere. Jessi saw to it that they were both replaced - dry rot. No phone calls, no disscusion needed, no email - till they were done in 48 hours. Who knew that tires dont last 22 years? Jessi did I obviously did NOT! Not a flat tire since - thanks Preferred Turf Equipment.

Super friendly, Great selection. But...Mis-diagnose repairs, mower in for simple carb adjustment, but take deck apart and find (3) wobbly pulleys and belt is getting old. Repair estimate of 500.00. None of which have anything to do with carb folks. Just trying to run up the bill. I simply dont trust them. Now they gotta pay for fancy building update. CHA CHING. Bend over folks

Very clean and well-organized sales facility. Very easy to spot from Clark Road. Upon entering the store I was greeted with customer service. The gentleman was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and offered guidance regarding the limitations of some versus others. Since they deal with commercial contractors as well as the general public theyre trying to make sure that you get what you need and dont over pay for something that youre not going to use.

As a homeowner, Ive been doing business with Preferred Turf for years. Ive found the owner and staff to be respectful and helpful though Im not a commercial client purchasing large equipment or quantities of supplies. Since remodeling their showroom and shop, they have a nice setup and display, specializing in Exmark and Stihl equipment. My experience is they stand behind their work and their warranty, even though a problem may occur just outside of warranty period.

We had a machine go down and were recommended to the authorized dealer in Sarasota. This company told us the engine was blown and needed to be replaced so we thought we needed a second opinion and went to Preferred Turf who we had used in the past....they told us there was a clogged oil return. $50 later, problem solved!! They rip off the landscapers. No equipment is under warranty. They always have a minimum charge of $60 or more. Company policy is to keep the flow of ripping off costumers. Very disappointed in this place and be ready to get ripped off!!!

Worst company for equipment repair I have ever experienced.Constantly misdiagnose..fix the wrong part..charge you for it...then when machine goes down the same day for the same problem they put you at the back of the line to wait another two weeks only to have it misdiagnosed again...wrong part fixed again...charged again..only to have the same machine go down ..for the exact same problem. This process happened 4 times.Also the blower that I turned in two weeks ago justl got fixed. Im out here on the job and its starting to do the exact same thing again that i paid hard earned money to have fixed.I dont know which mechanic needs fired back there or how many..but YOU GUYS ARE THE WORST EXCUSE FOR A REPAIR SHOP I HAVE EVER HEARD OF. TERRIBLE. SHAME ON YOUR MECHANICS AND SHAME IN THE MANAGER FOR LETTING THIS GO ON.
