We went the store at UTC a couple of months before our trip. We met Sales associate Karen. She was a bit busy with other customers but introduced herself while we looked around while we were deciding on which type would suit. she showed us the Alpha 2 ( do not let the size fool you) Karen showed all the conveniences of the luggage . Extremely knowledgeable ! We also bought some accessories as well . which we needed i.e the locks. and tolietrie bag. Karen is an asset and very good at what she does.
