Excellent service, excellent booth and graphics options resulting in a beautiful booth that serves as a 10x10 and a 10x20 -- the quality and design is much better than previous pop-ups and even easy to assemble! The initial contact was right before COVID and even though production was during COVID and had to work under duress and CDC guidelines, Gene Friedman and his team at Infinity met all timelines and created an amazing exhibit. The team was so easy to work with and walked me through step by step for set up, tear down and packing. The how to guide they provided is very detailed, complete with photos! We received so many compliments and have recommended Gene and Infinity Exhibits to many other exhibitors and associates in the broadband industry.

I was truly nervous of how this booth would work for us, but we needed something we could use repeatedly - to cut down on waste and costs . We also needed to be able to set it up without tools due to the union rules at our show location. We made a few tweaks on site to the original design and we could not be happier without it came out. I made selling our products so easy and we look more credible with out booth design and set up.

The people at Infinity Exhibits do excellent work at a price that is fair to them as well as the client.My company ordered a tower from them for our trade show booth a few years ago. In the meantime, some of our products changed and I wanted to reflect the changes with new pictures on the panels of the tower. I contacted Gene and he was very helpful but did explain to me that this was a very busy time for them. Even at that, our new panels shipped just over a week later. I highly recommend them!

And our show was a success - we ran out of everything on both days!We fell in love with the 10 Multi 4 Section Corner Graphic - shortly before our first trade show. After contacting Infinity on short notice, they were able to build & design the booth and accommodate all our customer service needs as a first time buyer. Even the shipper recommended was very reasonably priced and timely.Our philosophy is quality over quantity: this booth was absolutely worth the investment. We wanted an impressive 10x10 booth instead of a larger space with a mediocre display. Infinity delivered. It fits our branding (clean, white, professional) and since image is everything - the first impression of our company was exactly as we expected - awesome! The quality of the printing/signage is outstanding. With many shows to come, its ideal to ship at 300lbs. The velcro signage is easy to adapt as our company grows. TONS of storage space behind the booth and on the shelves, and after one practice run (do this for sure) at home - we completed setup in less than an hour. This booth is modular so we can add on later to use it in a bigger space.Last to mention is flooring. We already had cheap ($150, 100sqft) gray foam floor tiles. They werent from Infinity but were a HUGE ASSET and saved our legs from the cement. A nice floor would have been damaged because women at our show wear heels so we were glad we used cheap ones. Also consider light weight for traveling, and cosmetically - nothing worse than a sweet booth then you show up to red/blue/green carpet etc. Highly highly suggest flooring.Thanks for reading and thanks again to Infinity!
