I went to Rezas with a friend to find a living room rug.Costomer service was excellent and I found the rug I wanted, there was a lot of beautiful rugs to choose from sizes and shapes to color and patterns!Prices were very good and competitive.Reza even found for me a small rug that matched the larger rug, he cleaned them and I picked them up the next day. I have bought several rugs and had my kilim repaired and cleaned by Reza. It was a family heirloom and he restored it back to the beautiful kilim I remembered it to be. By far the best experience I have ever had with a rug shop. He goes above and beyond. He spent the time to show me the symbolic imagery meaning and where they were woven. Families spend months to years weaving their family history and heritage into these rugs. They are truly beautiful.

Reza welcomes customers to his store as if they were friends. So many beautiful rugs, we ended up purchasing 4 total for our new home. Amazing customer service with education by the owner about the different types of rugs and origins of the rugs. If he doesn’t have what you are looking for he will make and effort to see if he can find it. Don’t bother buying a rug until you talk to Reza!

I had a rug designed by a famous artist. When I went to pick it up I was not happy with the way it looked. The owner kept apologizing. He said he would fix it. He called in an expert.Today I went back and it looked beautiful. He is very conscientious. He really cares if his customers are satisfied. It was a great pleasure doing business with him.

Rena is professional and will educate you as you select your rug. I have experience buying antique Persian rugs and was pleased with his knowledge and personal commitment to giving me insight to the ones I was selecting.Purchased two high end rugs and they were amazingly rare n elegant. One rug needed small repair on side from age, Reza had it cleaned and repaired quickly and it was as good as its original condition would have been. Thought the prices were right on the quality I was purchasing and discounted also for having purchased two. The originals were rare and probably would not have found them any where else at half this price. Highly recommended by me, my decorator was also impressed. I feel this was a find for a good experience.

We found the most beautiful Persian rug (a runner) and Reza knew all the background of the rug. We ended up purchasing 3 area rugs that are exquisite and Reza gave us an amazing deal, plus the greatest non-stick pads. An amazing selection of Orientals, Persians, Turkish, Chinese rugs- just being there is such a treat for the senses. Reza cleans rugs too.

Excellent experience having rugs cleaned and repaired. Reza and his wife Fatima are very knowledgeable and accommodating, they went out of their way to repair one of my rugs in a short period of time before I was leaving for the season. They have a beautiful collection of rugs for sale.

So the proprietors are a husband and wife team. They offer rug cleaning, new and old rugs.and carpets specializing in goods from middle East and Asia. Very nice selection from expensive to very expensive. Silk and wool classic carpets, nothing modern. This is an interesting place to visit if you like these goods.

What a great place! I brought in several rugs for cleaning and they came out beautiful. Reza is kind and caring and very knowledgeable. He even offered me rugs to use while mine were getting cleaned. Owners were very nice. We were told there might be some fading. Picked up my very expensive rug today and my blue rug is now grey and all flowers are completely washed out. Extremely disappointed with what I picked up, this is not some fading, this is a completely different rug, I cant even see the original colors anymore. I now have to find someone who can redye it. I cant believe I spent $350 on a rug to get cleaned and it took away all my color, not just some fading.

Reza knows his rugs but he’s a crook. Do NOT leave any rugs with him for cleaning or sale. If they are nice, he’s likely to sell them, pocket the money and lie to your face as he did to me. Stay away.
