Called Area Office machine early one morning and David came out almost immediately. He was able to look at our two printers and go back to his office and return within an hour with new parts to fix both. He even had a used touchscreen for our printer scanner on hand, which we thought he may have to order. We really appreciated his professionalism and we will definitely use them again.
