No call back. Bought new quad for my son didnt last long I live on flat ground frame broke having it repaired at local shop starter chain broke text too see if they had replacement no response wont buy Coolster junk again.

Dealer for Hisun UTVs - prices are above manufacturer MSRP, when discussing with the sales staff their response was whatever I think their customer service speaks for itself.

I have sent several requests for inforation on a couple of the UTV side by side vehicles & have NEVER received a response!! If this is the way they treat perspective customers, then I will never do business with them. I will also tell everyone I know NEVER to do business with them either. Their customer service is TERRIBLE
