Repair was done as expeditiously as possible to the point where our vehicle was done earlier than promised. Jacob was quite diligent in providing updates and coordinating with Enterprise for our loaner. Front office staff always friendly and hospitable. Only delay was in securing parts for a current year model vehicle and fortunately, our vehicle was drivable. What could have been an enormously aggravating situation was an extremely smooth and almost stress-free experience. Very professional and their work was flawless.

Brendon R. explained clearly what could be issues and then clarified once the car was fully evaluated, the extent of the work required. The repair work was excellent. My vehicle looks brand new. The staff were excellent to deal with. They handled the coordination with my insurance company and rental car seamlessly.

My car needed repairs after an accident - I dropped my car off on a Wednesday morning and by the end of that day I had an estimate of the repair costs and a timeframe for when it would be ready. By Friday afternoon they notified me the repairs were completed and my car was ready to be picked up. You cant even tell there were repairs, my car looks good as new! And they also cleaned the inside of my car, which was nice. They were easy to work with and super speedy with their repairs - I would return here if I needed work done in the future.

I was rear ended and needed work done on my Mazda. I brought my car to this Caliber location and the overall experience was outstanding. They had been in contact with me and made everything clear on the process of bringing my car in and getting a rental. Jacob walked me though everything and explained what his plan was to fix the damage. I dropped my car off on Monday and they had it done on Thursday! I couldnt believe how quickly they were able to get it done AND they detailed the whole interior and exterior of the car for me. They send me text updates the whole time my car was there so I knew they were working on it and keeping me up to date. When I did pick it up, Jacob went through everything in detail again on what was done and the process they took. This location made it as easy as possible to get my car fixed and made the overall experience better than the rest. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

The repair was excellent. They have great customer service. It did take a while for the repairs to get done but they had to do a ton of work on my vehicle. They keep you very well informed along the way.

My car was repaired in less than a week. They dropped my car off to my house (thank you Jacob Bennett) because I wouldn’t be out of work in time. They even took my rental car back for me. My car looks brand new from the repairs and they vacuumed and sanitized my car for me! Overall, very awesome and best repair process I have ever had.

Unprofessional from every level i went in for a quote and he didnt even look underneath my vehicle just took a few pictures and said my insurance company will be in touch with me and walked away very rude! I would not recommend this bodyshop to anyone.

They had done body work on the vehicle almost a year ago and even though it turned out this panel wasn’t replaced by them, they put it back on anyway! My husband was in an accident with my 2020 Equinox on September 12th, Caliber was able to get me in that Monday (the 14th) no problem. It is no surprise my insurance company recommended I go there. I was “greeted” by the receptionist who was a little cold but then met Jake who was kind, and informative as all hell. He quickly made up for any second thoughts I had. He explained how everything would work, what would be done and has since been in great communication along with Jen. They have a text every day or so that they shoot you to keep you updated on their progress and call if they have any issues. I was devastated that my 6 month old car was involved in an accident, I was so afraid you’d be able to see the damage, feel it and I cannot say enough how pleasantly surprised I am with how it’s turned out. They have a photo estimate tool that was so easy to the lady on the phone sent me a text message with a link to the tool and I used it right from my driveway. The estimator called be back right away and booked me in for repairs. Great experience all around.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I needed my mirror fixed after someone clipped it, I went through Geico who quoted me a reasonable price and suggested I use Caliber since they were a preferred partner of Geico. Geico assured me there would be no surprises when it came to the price since their working relationship with Caliber was so strong and this was such a routine fix.When I brought my car into Caliber in Saratoga I went in very trusting. The first red flag went up when they continued to ask me (3 times) how much my deductible was through Geico. I reiterated 3 TIMES that it was $500, but the quote was $280 so I knew it was going to be out of pocket. I asked that they update me on all work being done. The whole process only took a day and a half and when I went in this morning to pick up my car they handed me the bill. I bet you can guess how much they decided to charge me...$500. The reason? 3 $100 calibration tests that I was never made aware of. I found it very suspicious that the whole bill just happened to max out my deductible.Over all I left feeling completely taken advantage of and exhausted because now Im going to have to call the Geico adjuster and follow up on why these quotes were so off. I was hoping to have this be an easy process, no such luck! I do not recommend this place, theyll just try and get as much money from you as possible, get a second/third opinion. Needless to say I will never go back to Caliber Collision and I will make sure that none of my friends or family do either.
