Great, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Really good at their jobs. I’m fortunate to live in a town with a dedicated Trek shop and staff. Life can be hard, but these people make it a little easier.

Great place, staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered online and did not know they needed to put the bike together before picking up, but the shop was great and accommodated me and got the bike up and running for me within 2 hours on a Saturday! Ive been going there for 10+ years for parts and service. Bought my Trek road bike there. Service is outstanding and the work is done quickly, even major servicing and overhauling is completed in a day or so. Nice shop overall in a good location. Prepare for tight parking in the lot. Being from NJ, I went to my local Trek store in hopes of purchasing a new bike. The rep that assisted me was great, however they didn’t have the size and color of the bike I was interested in. I then drove an hour away to the next closest store in NJ that supposedly had two available. Somehow they had no idea where the bikes went, not to mention the service was not the greatest, it was like pulling teeth to get them to actually look for another location that would have the bike available. That’s when I asked if they would check if the bike was available in Saratoga, NY. We were fortunate enough to have Dan assist us over the phone. He inform us that they had the bike available and they would hold it until the weekend since I would be driving four hours away. Once I arrived there was a form of miscommunication where the bike that was reserved for me had already been sold. Dan would not stop at nothing until he made sure to make things right. Dan truly went above and beyond with the level of service he provided. Not only did he stop at nothing to make sure to find the bike I wanted, he had the bike shipped next day and was willing to have it shipped to NJ. However, with the service Dan provided I was more than glad to drive four hours again to pick up the bike from his store. I would recommend this location to anyone in NY or out of state, you truly won’t be disappointed. Dan and the rest of his team are knowledgeable professionals and the service they provided is beyond exceptional. Thank you!

Extremely friendly. Had a brand new bike that I bought elsewhere with an issue after first ride. Got me right in looked at it did some adjustments. Unfortunately the tech missed the actual issue and I ended up finding it when I got home. It’s a new bike so I get why it would have gotten missed.

What would you like to hear? Two years ago you serviced my 1974 Schwinn Paramount. Still rides like a dream. I was looking for a chain removal tool and you didnt have one for purchase. But you offered to take the chain off if I brought the bike in. Perfect. Not sure if the chain will go back together because it was broken not where I would have done it. But that will be a story for the future when I bring it back to have you put it back on my 1960 Schwinn Hollywood that I am cleaning up. I was also looking for grease for my front hub and my headset that I took off the bike. None to buy but the guys put a little bit in a plastic bag and sent me on my way. Dropped my ( like) new schwinn rocket 1 off after a private purchase. Both derailurs needed adjustment and wanted entire bike looked over. Brought in same day told them what I needed and they recommended there #1 service plan ( goes over entire bike ). Today I picked it up brought it home. ( Next day I go to ride ) I dont think the front derailur was even looked at . Still doesnt shift to largest gear up front . Derailur still crooked . Ill be calling Monday morning . Very disappointed for 96$ . I wish I knew the younger kids name that worked on it .UPDATED: I was contacted by the owner then manager befor i could call in regards to bike . Jen and her team were great. Told me to come in so we could fix the derailur, also was offered a refund in wich I declined. I just wanted the bike fixed and made right wich they did. I was made priority and in and out within a few min. Anyway bike seems to be fixed! THANK YOU @TREK SARATOGA! Earned your 5 stars

I would love to support a local bicycle shop, however, I brought my Trek in for a service tune up and it came back to me in worse shape than when I brought it into the shop. The chains seem loose, sounds like the gears are grinding, and does not transition smoothly. I brought the bicycle back to the shop, and someone worked on the bicycle while I waited. The next time I took my bicycle out it still does not switch over smoothly. I’m not hard on my bicycle. Certainly worrying that changing gears might cause the chain to be misguided takes the fun out of bicycling.

Had our Treks in for scheduled maintenance. Very impressed with the quality of service. Highly recommend.

Cel was really great to work with. I came in with my 2 year old and 4 year old to have them fitted to their new bikes and helmets. He was patient and really took the time to explain very important safety tips with both the bikes and the helmets. I left there with quality helmets and a wealth of information on how to properly adjust the bikes and the helmets as the kids grow. He even gave them some cool sticker decals to put on their new rides. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality bike equipment or just an expert to speak with. I brought my bike here for 1 tire and to tighten my brakes. It took them over 3 months, was never notified of anything always had to call every week. My receipt and i still have it says it was supposed to be done within 2 weeks. That was over 3 months ago, today my tires should be put on after waiting months. One of the mechanic staff walked away while speaking to him about my bike. I called a week ahead and hours earlier today to ask if i can get my tires on. And when i get here they ask if i even called to be able to get my tires done (which i did) and still have a long wait time for my tires to get put on. I came here because this was supposed to be the best bike shop around, never coming back. Be careful when coming here its a waste of time.

After my first visit to this store, Im very impressed. We had an issue with the kickstand on my wifes bike that was delivered to our home (from a different store). These folks sized it up and fixed it in short order. They were professional and got the job done quickly. I cant say how impressed I am with their service. They are a bit further from me than another bike shop, but because of this experience I will probably make the Trek there again.

The staff were knowledgable and friendly. There was no high pressure sales pitch. This was the first time I ever purchased a bike and they were patient in answering my many questions and explaining the features of the bike I wanted. They also made sure the bike was the right fit because my height and inseam put me right between two different sizes. Ive visited several bike shops because of the shortage of bikes right now and my experience at the Trek Bicycle in Saratoga Springs was the best by far. I was also beyond happy that I was able to find the exact bike I wanted. It was even my first choice for color! Well worth the 2 1/2 hour drive I made to visit the store.

The staff at Trek Bicycle Saratoga Springs went above and beyond. The shop closes at 6:00 and my wife and I didnt get there until 5:45 due to work schedule. I am a pretty serious cyclist both road and mountain bike. Even though it was a top of the line bike in its day, my 22 year old road bike was just not comfortable to ride any more and it was stopping me from enjoying an endeavor I have loved since childhood. I was miserable on my bike in 6-8 miles and my low back pain was so bad all I wanted was to get off the bike; My hands would get tingly and numb. In my prime, I would ride 50 to 100 miles in a day without much discomfort. I thought my riding days were simply behind me. A friend recommended Caleb do a fit so I went.From the beginning, Caleb was super. Kind, knowledgeable, patient and empathetic, he adjusted my bicycle over a few sessions and changed my stem, seat, and made adjustments to my shoes and cleat angle. Within 2-3 rides, I saw an improvement, and within 6 rides, I was back to riding 45 miles in a day with minimal discomfort beyond just being on a bicycle for a long period of time. I cant tell you how happy I am and how pleased I am with Caleb and the Trek Store overall.In addition, the mechanics are great. I am pretty savvy mechanically, but I could not figure out why my shifting wasnt dialed-in on my road bike. In a short time, the mechanics were able to diagnose and fix my issue (a slightly bent rear derailleur hanger) and fixed the problem right away.Prices are more than fair and expertise is extremely high. I recommend the Trek Store in Saratoga very highly..

With the shortage of new bicycles, I unfortunately was not able to buy my new road bike here, but they were incredibly helpful in pointing out how I could search the Trek website to figure out where I could find the Domane I wanted. I have been in a few times to buy some accessories, and I can’t say enough about the friendly and helpful customer service. Low pressure, non-intimidating bike shop.

Despite how busy they have been, everyone was extremely friendly and kind. It is easy to tell the workers are there because they love what they do. Additionally, my bike was ready before the original estimated timeframe, which means I can get in another bike ride or two before summer ends! I am most appreciative.

Quality work, good communications. Right now (at the beginning of biking season) they are swamped, so dont expect quick turn around. Plan ahead.

Great location. Parking is a little tight, but at least they have a parking lot versus street parking. Competitive prices on repair and very nice staff. Will use them again for sure.**Update, we did go back 9 months after getting work done on an older Trek bike. Glenn was great to work with while purchasing our new Trek bike. The proactive organization of staff at the door to deliver services from product knowledge to sales to customer service, all the way through the service line to the mechanics. Always a pleasure shopping there, but miss the old originality and variety of products offered by Blue Sky Bikes. People are always friendly and it is because the people most passionate about bikes are employed here and involved in making the organization run efficiently...and effectively. Recently Caleb and Manny provided great service to me in making me comfortable in my new shoes, and recent tweaks made to my old Trek X1, respectively. I recently stopped in Trek Bikes in Saratoga Springs because my bike seriously broke while I was on my first day of a 5 day biking trip. My wife and I traveled from Philadelphia for the long weekend. I called Trek Bike shop and they told me to come over. I was fully prepared to spend $500 or more for a new bike as I couldn’t even wheel my bike up the path to the repair shop. The owner (I assume) looked at the bike and chuckled (as did I) and said it would cost in the $45 dollar range to fix. I almost fell over. As I was waiting for the bike to be fixed I had some interactions with other people working in the store. They were as friendly and nice as anyone I’ve ever dealt with at a bike shop. I wish this shop was near Philadelphia. My bike was fixed and ready to go in under 20 minutes. If I could give 10 stars I would. Hands down the best bike shop I have ever visited. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

Every time I have been here I have been treated VERY well. The staff has been friendly, thoughtful, respectful and knowledgeable. They did a pretty extensive repair/rebuild job on a used bike that I bought, and it came out looking and riding amazing. They really went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with it. Most touching experience I’ve ever had at a bike shop.

Brought my bike to Trek after a routine tune up at another shop caused serious problems with my front derailleur. Although I took it back, the first shop could not fix the problem. The Specialized Diverge, originally purchased at Trek when it was still Blue Sky, rides beautifully and looks like its brand new after a Level 2 tune up and new cables! When I picked it up, a technician took the time to double check the shifting and take a test ride for me, as he had not personally worked on the bike. Outstanding service in a very timely manner! Thanks for getting me back on the bike!

Great bike repair shop. Went to 3 popular bike shops in North Country, for Giant mountain bike repair. Long story short, they all ‘fixed’ a problem that wasn’t the real problem. Finally took bike to Saratoga Trek, they diagnosed real problem on the spot, gave me a date and estimate, and bike now rides like new on trails, and its not a Trek. Professional, knowledgeable, customer focused, best bike shop I’ve found and i have been to many.

Fabulous experience with my first road bike! After a cheaper hybrid and a mountain bike, it felt like time to get a road bike with proper clipless pedals...Im so glad I came here! Ive had negative experiences with bike shops before (pressure to buy a super pricey bike, rushing you, not fixing bike issues, etc). But these guys are so patient, and super excited for you to get a bike, regardless of your experience level. I feel so well set up for my two Sprint triathlons this summer, and cant wait to jump on some group rides. Highly recommend!

Everyone was super nice. Went in for the first time asking if they could pump my tires with the compressor because my pump didn’t have enough pressure. The mechanic gladly did it without charge, so glad I found this place - will be going there throughout the season for my biking needs. Purchased some CO2 cartridges and the lady at the desk was very nice, even said I could test out the new Supercaliber!

Manny, a service person, restored my bike to its former glory. Before he did the work, I was lucky if I could change two gears in a row without any skipping or clicking. The 7th gear hadnt been working at all. Whats more is that he did the much needed repairs in half the time he told me initially. Ill definitely be going back for any future repairs, although everything runs as good as new now, so I dont expect Ill need to. Thank you Trek of Saratoga!

I had a classic bike with a stripped bolt holding the crank on that I could not get off without stripping it much worse. Manny the mechanic came out with the FLAME THROWER and mallet and other tricks and got that bad boy off while I waited, did a great job and the price was very reasonable. Trust me when I say it was not easy and it salvaged my beloved bike. Both Manny and Bob are expert mechanics I trust those guys 100% and I’m a very picky customer

Superb and stellar service department. Even though theyre slammed with work, they were able to fit me in (appointment online). Bob walked me through the entire diagnostic of an unknown clicking sound on my bike and found the solution in a very timely fashion. I would definitely recommend to anyone, local or not.

Ive been in twice in the last year where I expected to drop my bike off and get it back days later. In each case, though really busy one time, they said theyd fix it right away if I could wait. Absolutely! They did the several items of work I needed, I was totally pleased, and back on the road on a sunny day. The people are always smiling are are willing to talk about rides, suggestions, life, trips, you name it. It has a nice global community feel.

Since we cant store shop, I was given suggestions of what I might be looking for over the phone. After some online shopping I called back with my request. In half the time they said it might take it was completed. When I picked it up they brought it out the door. Every was assembled as requested. I think I raised the seat a half an inch. Considering we are still in the midst of a pandemic, I called the shop, rather than make an unnecessary visit to confirm they had what I needed. I was told yes, product was in stock. At arrival, it wasn’t, even at the time of my phone call. If you’re going to put on the social distancing dog and pony show to stay open, don’t make it a moot point with simple errors in basic retail service. I would have happily stayed home to order online and minimize social exposure. Amazon wins again.👎🏻

So happy to have a top notch bike shop right in the heart of our new hometown, Saratoga Springs. Great store with an excellent selection of bikes and gear and a friendly knowledgable staff. Caleb did a pro job of fitting my wife and I properly on our respective bikes and when we did a mountain rail trail ride in VT, following our session, we both marveled at how much the adjustments he made affected the ease and comfort of our ride.

Yesterday the bike I have owned for years for errands got a slash in the back tire. I googled bike shops. Your business answered the phone. I told you I needed my bike fixed or a new bike.The car is unfixable. You custom built my new bike for night riding for errands and delivered it and hauled away the broken bike in 1 day!!! Thats service right there. I have a new bike repair man. I just used the bike, and its nearly 7pm lights on for an errand. Sweet Ride! You guys are amazing, highly recommend you, and it was all on sale.

Had a flat tire on an older Trek (930) brought in the tire/rim and the staff was able to replace the tube and get me back on the road in under 30minutes. Planning to bring the whole bike back later this season for a tune up. The staff is very friendly.

Very knowledgeable, friendly. Put bike together same day for me as I was leaving town the following day. Will be back.
