To say that my experience was terrible would be an understatement. SBW does not know how to do good business. Eric will lie to your face and assure you that everything will be in good working order before delivery of your boat just to sell you. The owner hides behind its general manager. Please save yourself the trouble of dealing with this business because it never ends and they dont deliver on what their contracts say. Sadly, now I have to use alternative avenues to resolve their lack of integrity.

Six years ago I ordered a Sweetwater boat in the winter to take advantage of an out of season discount. When I went to pick up the boat in the spring it was substituted for cheaper older model that was new and didnt have the upgrades. The owner finally admitted to me that he gave me too much of a discount on the boat and was trying to recoup some money. After several weeks into the boating season I finally got the boat I ordered, but couldnt get the original color I wanted. The day I finally took possession of the new boat (almost a month into the boating season) I discovered my propeller was bent. Whoever brought my boat to my slip ran over rocks. One of the salesman that knew of this deception left the business soon after this happened. I advise you not to go to Saratoga Boatworks for anything. Very shoddy business practices. I should have taken them to court.

Salesman was great guy but thats all the place has going for them. Bought a $60k boat (Brand new Aquapatio. These boats are junk, stay away from them as well!) and have had nothing but problems with it. Sales/service manager is a jerk, actually all of the management is useless and customer service is just horrible! Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Bought a new Sweetwater Pontoon boat and was very pleased with the experience both before and after my purchase.

Total rip off surviced the starter on my boat with a used one that was broken took it t the the dealer across the road to get it fixed right.Would not refund my payment for the shoddy work

HORRIBLE. Stay away. I had been looking for a boat and had contacted them. THEY CALLED ME and said I think we found the perfect boat for you - just what you were looking for I Say great and set up an appointment for 5 hours later to come and see the boat. Asking - will this be too late ( we are an hour away)- OH no - it will be perfect.. When we show up - a few minutes early - she said -Oh Hi - nice to meet you - I am finishing up with a client right now and will be with you in a few- I am selling them the boat I called YOU about... WHAT?? Let us drive an hour after calling US and sold the boat knowing we would be there in a few minutes... Horrible and the General Manager - is a big bully- because I was loud and angry he said he would call the cops ( I told him to go ahead as i was only saying what was true) -he did not want the people buying the boat to know what a terrible place this was. LUCKY I call myself for NOT buying anything from them.

I purchased a 2011 sweetwater pontoon from here in April 2011 and i will never go back there again! First they were supposed to order us new decail stickers for it because the ones on it were torn, never called us back so we never got them! Every time we called them they were like oh theyre not in yet...Then within the first few times out the captains chair arm rest broke right off. The pin inside was bad and again they never followed through and fixed it for us! Now the gas cap is broken the floats and cork came right off and down to the bottom of the tank and we call them and get a run around! When we were there the salesman we was great thats why we purchased it, but now I can see why he left he probably didnt care for their poor practices either!! You would think after spending $24,000 they would like to keep you as a customer and make things right, but so not true! Now i cant wait until its paid down enough to trade it in and it will NOT be from there!! I would not recommend them to anyone!!
