Love Barnes and Noble! The staff is friendly at this location. They also have a Barnes and Noble Cafe inside that has Starbucks and Cheesecake Factory treats! Great selection of books and lots of parking outside!

My husband and I visited the barnes and noble in saratoga a week ago.the staff is very friendly and courteous and the book selection was off the chain. Smiling was very appreciated...😄❤❤

Whats not to love about a great Barnes and Noble that is situated across from a big box store? An amazing display of books and periodicals, board games, and a terrific cafe with a great menu of foods... Only needs more patrons! Lets keep this wonderful franchise alive.

Excellent staff and very helpful. I got what I needed but a little pricey. My husband had to order what he wanted. Like most store during covid much more online. That is fine if you have time to wait.

I didnt go in. My girlfriend did. We were on our way back from going to a Craft Show in Lake George. My girlfriend was looking for a specific DVD, a British mystery. She found it, but she said that it was very hard to find because the area wasnt as organized as Colonies was. I guess I wont know for sure. And going through Saratoga Springs traffic at 6pm on a Saturday is brutal!!!! Yikes!!!

The employees were very knowledgeable about the items I was looking for. My great grandson has autism and he was very happy that you had what he was looking for. It was his 5th birthday, we went shopping and couldnt find what Jaxson was looking for. We stopped at your store with hopes of finding his Pokemon cards. You had them, now he wants to go back. Probably this weekend

The book selection is great. The vinyl selection is also great. Im super disappointed I bought a record that is advertised as a P!NK record. Spent 30$ for it just opened it and put it on. It is not P!NK at all. It is her songs her face on the album case. Advertised as her but not a single song on it is sung by P!NK herself.

Ordered a coffee today and paid for almond milk, was obviously given regular milk. Its a legitimate allergy and a shame that people think its okay to ignore it.

They have too many craft mags in plastic bags.

Its nice to have a store to walk around and browse but amazon is still cheaper on prices for most things. so Ill browse the shelves and order online.

I love the selection of books but they wouldnt take back an item that was ordered off their website even though the paper that came with the item said I could take it back to the store the store said that they couldnt take it back

I was very impressed with his Barnes & Noble The lady working the front saw me almost walking out without a book. After I asked her where the restroom was.I want to say explain to her that I actually spent about 20 minutes in the light novel and manga section and I didnt feel like starting a new series but they also didnt have any of the series I was wanting to start in stock and the ones I was currently on they were out of. now being almost 30 years old usually you have to justify the fact that you read manga and light novels and I was actually really surprised that I did not have to. Generally speaking amongst readers the light novel and manga communities frowned upon and the normal society they are frowned upon even more so being able to be free to enjoy reading what I want to read without judgment was by far the most pleasurable experience Ive ever had ordering a book at Barnes & Noble. I wish I could remember her name next time I go in Im going to find out just so I can add this to it she deserves a promotion raise or whatever because it made me actually excited to come in and buy more books and that hasnt happened since I was a kid.

I took my daughter in today to find a book she was specifically looking for. Its part of a series and she found it right away. Many of the other books in the series were marked 50% off so we went up and asked the cashier if this one was included, she said no. Then I priced it on Amazon....half price on Amazon! I asked the cashier if they price matched, she said no. So I ordered it from Amazon inside Barnes and Noble! Im surprised you havent gone out of business yet with that policy! Then my daughter did find a book she wanted with a 50% off sticker. We brought it up to that same cashier who checked us out and told me that one wasnt on sale either! She said someone must have taken the sticker off another book and put it in this one. Pretty much implying I did that, which was not the case! So disappointing. We wont be back.

I was looking for some specific books with only a little information and the sales person was extremely helpful. She found what I was looking for and went out of her way to help.

The visit was wonderful. The staff was super nice and helpful. They even had the patience to listen to my 2 year old describe a book she wanted. Wonderful experience and will continue to shop here in the future.

Wonderful staff who are lovingly familiar with good books. If you ever are looking for a new book to read, the staff will gladly help you! They also have a great kids area for anyone sporting kids, and it is a relief to have a safe area for an energy filled toddler.

I love book stores! This one has comfy chairs through out the store to browse. There is also a Starbucks inside the store.

This Barnes and Noble has a very warm and cozy atmosphere. There are lots of nooks and crannies to hide in. Theres a Starbucks cafe where you can sit and read, draw or work. There are tons of books and interesting products to browse through of course, and staff will let you be to explore for yourself. Its one of the last stores in America that doesnt hound you with help.

Of course great selection, its a book store. I like that they have a Starbucks and mostly friendly staff. Check out was to long, long line. Was asked if I was a preferred customer and I said no, it didnt matter, I had to go. Cashier heard me and ignored the fact I was trying to just pay and go. I thought she was ringing me up but then she asked for my number and looked up if I was a club member, even though I was not. Just made check out longer for me and the people behind me who were waiting for about 20 minutes as it was. Not the first time the line is long and not enough cashiers.

My shopping experience here was good until I realized I was overcharged for my items. One was a clearance item that was supposed to be $5 plus another 10% off, but it was rung at regular price. I had fun wandering the store though.

We like the Barnes & Noble in Saratoga. We went over today to see a wildlife rescue group that was taking donations for wrapping presents. There was a Great Horned Owl and a Barred Owl there. They are so beautiful.

Very nice selection of books and magazines. With their new tabs on bookshelves it makes it super easy to find what you are looking for. Only down side to the store is that its so crammed with cases and tables it feels a bit cloustrophobic.

This store is full of friendly staff who get just as excited about books as our young children do! We go to Barnes & Noble each Saturday. The selection is great and if something isnt in stock, staff are very helpful and order it for us.

The associate was friendly and told us about a few money saving deals when we cashed out. It was after 9pm when my daughter and I went to find a few books to read. The staff was nice, the store was clean and the stuck was more than I could purchase.

Love this bookstore. However the last 2 times i went in to get a book you havent had the books i wanted in the store and Ive had to wait to have them ordered.

If you are a bibliophile and want to take home every book you meet, then this isnt the place for you to go. However, if you want to peruse subjects ranging from Origami to Guitar Writing and much more, then this is the perfect place to hang out. There is a Cafe to get your java fix and there are plenty of quiet comfy reading chairs to relax in. The staff are friendly and informative about the latest deals as well. I like to visit every few months.
