I cannot say enough about the service at Curtain & Carpet Concepts. When my husband and I moved into our new home and needed window treatments for four rooms, we luckily found our way to Curtain & Carpet. With the utmost of patience and no pressure whatsoever, Cathy and Scott worked with us to figure out solutions that worked for us. Once our selections were made, they kept us informed of how long it would take for the custom pieces (shades and curtains) to be ready. When we unexpectedly had company arriving, they were able to move up the installation date to accommodate us. We have been completely happy with our choices over the last 3 years. Recently we had a problem with one of the shades. Scott saw that we were still under warrantee and arranged with the manufacturer to repair the shade. Within 24 hours Scott was at our house to remove the shade for shipment to the factory and to give us a temporary replacement to use while we waited for ours to be fixed. He let us know a few days ahead of time when our shade would be back so we could schedule the installation at our convenience. I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Just superb!!! Catherine is phenomenal. Her store offers everything from modern to traditional, and runs the gamut as far as budget goes. Theres truly something for everyone. The staff and the owner have a great sense of style, and really take the time to listen to what youre trying to accomplish, rather than trying to sell, the way so many other stores do.
